Once the youth groups embrace the idea then we will conduct a climate Change sensitization in youth communities where we will ask for pieces of community land from the traditional leaders. Then we will carry out training workshop on forest management and provide them with seedlings,simple handy tools which will replace heavy forest machinery and general guide book. All this will run in 1year but forest management will continue until trees are ready which is from 4-7 years to come. Upon growing and maturing, our Organization will find companies and individual customers who will be offered unbeatable lower prices. We will have an agreement signed at the beginning of it all that our NGO will be getting 30% of its profits and benefits from tree products.We already have youth groups who are willing to embrace the idea, those who were taking part in our previous projects incase the other groups turn down the deal. We will also opt to selling the seedlings to organizations directly from our nursery beds in case both youth groups turn down our proposal. Thermoemission power converters have two major problems. Finding the material with the lowest possible value output work and a way to suppress the space charge. The proposed solution aims to suppress the effect of space charge charge by using a triode with a positive grid voltage. To reduce the parasitic grid current, the use of two asymmetrically placed grids between which the positive voltage is switched very quickly. This should improve the regular distribution of moving electrons in space, increase the proportion of electrons incident on the collector and reduce grid current. The voltage and frequency on the grid must be optimised experimentally so that the ratio of the grid and collector current to be as low as possible or to achieve maximum overall efficiency. My estimate is 20 to 100 V and 0.1 to 3 MHz. Since this is a thermal machine the efficiency is limited by the Carnot cycle. It is desirable to achieve the highest the emitter operating temperature and a low collector temperature. The collector must therefore be cooled. A solar collector can be used as a heat source energy or combustion of almost any fuel. The residual heat can be further used. The principle scheme is shown in the attached figures. The grids should be placed as close to the collector as possible and a high frequency alternating current generator should be used. The generator need not be of high quality, some white noise may be desirable. Another question is whether it will a sinusoidal or rectangular voltage waveform on the grid is preferable.

Over the years, there has been huge increase of human population globally and in Nigeria resulting in increased demand of fish. In Nigeria the demand is about 3.6 million metric tonnes. Supply is about 1.7 million metric tonnes leaving about 1.9 million metric tonnes. This situation caused scarcity, hike in price and increased malnutrition. However, more than 70% of the fish consumed in the country is still exploited from the already depleted wild fisheries largely because reared fish is priced higher than those from the farm. This places a huge demand on wild fisheries. To change this trend we will: 1. Use organic raw materials to rear fish species such as catfish and tilapia. Example: we will use plant extracts to control water pH levels, check and treat disease. Use of organic raw materials helps to eliminate health concerns. 2. Produce minimum 200 tonnes of fish annually. This will help us reach out to more users with our products. 3. Produce our fingerlings and fish feed. If successfully done, on-site breeding of fishes can help us stock fishes at no cost while on-site fish feed production can help us save up to 40% on fish feed. 4. Use of bye-product to grow plantains. This serves as source of residual income. 5. Process our products to increase their life span. We roast some fishes and dry some to increase their shelf life. This makes it convenient to use and store them. 6. Use existing offline and online platforms to create visibility for our products. We will use radio stations, outreach campaigns, internet and social media to create awareness for our brand

This idea is to be implemented through 4 channels: ASSET OFFER. Such as motorcycles, sewing machines, bicycles, solar panels, generators, hair dressing equipment, ox-ploughs, light milling machines, light motor vehicles, clothing and many more. EDUCATION COVER: Here parents who lack money to send their children to school will be given money for school fees to achieve the desired level of education. MODIFIED SHARECROPPING this is not exactly the same sharecropping that existed before, FOWECO will undertake all the costs of production and share equally the produce with the landlord. This is done after expenses are accounted for. SPECIAL CONSIDERATION : Any poor person without extra piece of land will still access our services and products through a special family arrangement. If we do the same in ultracentrifuge, the gravitational acceleration will contribute to the ion separation. Solar kit solutions seeks to solve the problem of energy access and efficiency. The business was born after I had a bad experience with a kerosene lamp which almost killed me and my one year old baby. 55% of the rural communities in Kenya are not yet connected to the national grid. Majority of households live below one dollar a day and cannot afford even the minimal amount for electricity connection. Businesses are closed early due to lack of proper lighting. Children do their homework at home using dangerous kerosene lamps and there is lack of water due to deforestation affecting water sources. Solar Kit will increase the uptake of affordable, reliable solar solutions and energy saving cook stoves to improve social well-being and economic development. Through community participation and mobilization and a series of workshops, mentoring and interaction, we shall enhance public and private sector renewable energy capacity. The solar lamps can be charged from solar panels as well as from public power and has a USB interface to charge mobile phones. It can be used on a radio and a television. It is cost effective trading at 10 to 30 US dollars per piece. The lamp can be lighted for upto 24 hours and recharged 1000 times. The lamp is durable and can last for more than 10 years with constant use. This eliminates maintenance cost and give a competitive edge in the energy field. We purchase our solar products locally from local wholesalers. We plan to import solar lamps directly from the manufacturer and later assemble the lamps locally. We target to use women with small businesses and boost their stock with the solar lamps.

Aside from these challenges, the financial difficulties experience by farmers especially smallholder farmers after a bad crop year also weakens farmers ability to buy farm inputs required to maximize their crop yields and profitability. Dehmis Global Services aim to provide risk management solutions for smallholder farmers through bundling farm input with credit facility and micro-insurance for climate resilient food system. Our goal is to offer direct delivery of farm inputs, credit facility on farm Input and link smallholder farmers to local insurers and other agricultural insurance value chain.This will help many smallholder Nigerian farmers to easily access insurance to protect their crops and livelihoods. Our solution is designed to be a result-based implementation that entails four pillars; First, we provide access to drought-tolerant (DT) crop varieties (seeds) and high value seeds will enable smallholder farmers in turn to have a better adaptation to the changing climates. Second, we offer farm input credit. This credit is designed for smallholder farmers who wish to grow crops using improved inputs, thus the credit has to cover seed or fertilizer. Farmers will purchase this package with insurance premium during the planting season to start coverage against drought and help them to pay back credit at harvest. Third, we offer reimbursement to farmers who suffer loss in the event of dry spells during the planting season. In this case we compensate farmers with exact value of premium on inputs. This is only available for seeds. Finally, we act as an intermediary between insurance companies and smallholder farmers. The COVID pandemic is threatening the progress and achievements made by government towards the implementation of sustainable development goal 4. Since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020, there has not been meaningful learning in both public and private schools due the COVID induced lockdowns. During the lockdown period, government closes schools to contain the spread of the virus and to protect the school populations. Even though a few schools particularly in urban areas have adopted alternative learning approaches such as online learning, most schools still lag behind due to lack of resources such as computers, smart phones, reliable phone networks and internet connectivity. The aforementioned challenges and slow uptake of digitalisation has affected most students access to equitable and quality education. The covid pandemic has presented a gap that can be exploited in the education sector by introducing a mobile Application FUNDO with all the course material for both Primary and Secondary classes. Course material will be arranged according to the respective syllabi of various learning areas. The FUNDO application will help bridge the gap that is affecting our education system. FUNDO will be an offline application that will be providing audio lesson, exercises, notes and tests as per the approved Zimbabwe curriculum. Information on the application would have been approved and certified by the Ministry of Education covering all levels of education both primary and secondary. And the output voltages of the secondary electricity will charge the battery bank. For a practical solution is to connect the output secondary to the Plug in terminal and run the test. This idea is only a theory. For a proof of concept is to connect a car 12 volts battery to a 2 kw Inverter and connect to the Primary coil and measure the output of the secondary coil. FeedLiberia is my business idea with which I\'m certain to put an end to the age long problem of poverty facing Liberia. The objective of FeedLiberia is to eradicate poverty through job creation with focus in agribusiness. To achieve this objective, FeedLiberia will recruit local farmers, train them in agribusiness, group them into cooperatives of 5 members each at the initial stage. Each of the cooperatives will be given continuous training and consultancy supports to enable them maintain efficiency and effectiveness that will lead to the production of marketable quantities as well as increased job creation in the Liberian economy. These supports will be reduced gradually as a cooperative gets mature to handle its own affairs. There will be intermediate goals and efforts to achieve those goals. Like the goal to reduce the importation of frozen pork meat by at least 50% by 2030, FeedLiberia erected on a gradual basis a 10 room piggry farm from 2019 to 2021 March. Two pairs of piglets from 2020 January have now increased to 17. FeedLiberia targets to raise the number to at least 50 pigs including piglets by the end of 2022. In early 2023, the initial of five cooperatives will be established and each will be given a pair of piglets. These cooperatives will be given continuous training, consultancy, animal medication and partly feeling supports. By 2030, these cooperatives will have been fully grown up and supporting hugely to reduce market prices and the high import rate. There will be additional cooperatives established but will be based upon the funding supports as well as the financing strength of FeedLiberia. Based upon the gains made couple with FeedLiberia\'s strength in the piggery industry, increased attention of operations will be shifted to vegetable production.

The Academy seeks to equip these youths with basic Artisan skills to empower them to become self-employed or secure the basic entry level jobs. Statistics from the Kenyan national census held in 2019 showed that 75% of the population were youths aged 18 to 35 years, further, Kenya Bureau of Statistics show that 3 in 5 unemployed persons are youths which shows the unemployment crisis in the country. The cost of starting a business in Kenya is significantly high which daunts youths ambitions of starting businesses with the majority delaying their ambitions as they look for capital albeit with no skills to be employed. Vocational training costs are still very expensive despite the governments efforts in wavering the fees the at-risk youths especially from disadvantaged backgrounds still cannot pursue or finish school In Kenya, the major category of the unemployed youths are at-risk because they either live in slums or are young parents, or they did not complete their basic education level or they scored poor grades in the basic education final exams. These youths are unemployed and lack basic skills and training to earn a means of livelihood employed or self employed. The idea is about a new kind of machine capable of extracting atmospheric heat and converting that into useful power/electricity. This machine would be a combination of special kind of wind turbine that has been known as concentrated wind turbine in combination with a blower. The shape of the power generating section i.e. the wind turbine would cylindrical from outside and inside it would be fitted the blades that will rotate and the axis of machine would be connected to an alternator which would generate electricity and/or can supply necessary power to a machine for doing work. As it has already been said that power generation unit will be cylindrical shaped i.e. the entry of machine has circular cross-section. The blower too will have circular cross-section and that diameter would be the same or higher than that of the inlet of turbine. The blower will create the necessary flow of air that will rotate the power generating unit and will generate power. The output from machine would be a few times than the input to the blower. Some little other accessories are needed to ensure that all the flow coming from the blower would enter the power generating unit. One big advantage of the machine is that it can be switched on and off easily.

The youths living in the urban slums belong to communities and families, they abandon their families because of poverty and hard times which has become addict diseases into this communities and homes. So the youths decided to abandon flee from their families to look for green a pasture in the city, most of this youths are talented and gifted, if there are opportunities for them to access education. On my research and investigation from these boys and girls now living in the urban slum with an unhealthy environment working for survival and for quick money. Most boys find themself doing act of slum activities on selling drugs, washing cars on the street, and carrying loads for people to find their living. Girls used their body to work as commercial sex workers, in the night and also become an addicted.
