Main objectives: Help to resolve the overuse of new plastic containers for the sale of personal cleaning products that once the customer finishes using throw it away, even when the containers are still in very good condition to be reused. Recharge the same product in containers stored by customers in previous purchases, not in new containers. Make sure to fill with the exact amount of the original packaging presentation without confusion and without spending much time. It will be installed in supermarkets. It would have an electronic system in which the customer can recharge their product in only 4 steps: enable-select-recharge-pay. Step 1: Approach the old container in the dispenser to attach a security seal to prevent theft and enable the recharge buttons. Step 2: Place the container into the cubicle where it will be refilled Step 3: Select the product you want to fill out from the options displayed on the screen Step 4: Approach the refilled container to the sensor to paste the bar code to make the cash payment at the supermarket or chain store. Activities: Do business with companies that sell household cleaning products and personal grooming, have environmental goals and produce their product here in Bogotá. Research on consumption level about personal cleaning products in Bogota in order to know how often the disperser must be available in supermarkets. Production of dispensers with a very modern and effective electronical function Marketing and commercials. Awareness campaigns for the care of the environment Innovation: include companies and customers in a new way to sale and buy products of very often use in all homes, a new way where everyone, specially the environment, will be benefit. In the measure that is scaling the impact will be very great because they are products of massive use worldwide.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The problem: at the moment ideas like this are a very pertinent and necessary taking into account that only in EU every day throw up 60 million plastic bottles (22 billion in a year), the bottle takes about 700 years to decompose, 90% of the cost of bottled water is per bottle, 80% of the bottles are not recycled - millions go every year in the trash, it takes 100 million liters of oil to make one billion bottles. Our Targets: -Produce an efficient, easy-to-use eco-friendly recharging dispenser model that delivers at least 6 different products, easy transportation and installation. -Test and validate the dispenser with companies that have their factories in Bogota. -Once done a business with some company start with the sale of one of the companies product lines to test this method and see the behavior of customers. -Marketing studies to adapt the initial prototype with customers who use the products and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the most efficient, economical and durable model. -Know the exact monthly level of consumption to in order to know the necessary level of product tha must be available for sale in the recharge model -Convince and attract customers to buy under this buy modality. Measures of success: Increase in the number of companies selling under recharge Increase in the number of consumers who buy under this modality Decrease of environmental contamination of plastic containers in landfills starting with a significant annual reduction since they are products of massive sale and purchase. If on average one person uses and throws away at least 50 personal cleaning containers each year and we achieve that at least 1000 people in Bogota recharge then the annual reduction of contamination of containers would be 50,000 containers / year.

Value proposition: help consumers and companies to contribute as key players in reducing environmental pollution and care natural resources. Involve all of us in initiatives to mitigate the environmental damage that we have caused and which we are responsible for remedying as we depend on nature for our well-being and socio-economic development. Benefits: companies could meet environmental objectives and saving on the purchase of new containers, customer could pay a little less by recharging and reducing the use of natural resources for the production of new packaging and reduction of waste. Segment of clients: companies finally decide if sell under dispensator modality. Some companies such as P & G have very clear environmental objectives within their business models as use of recycled packaging and new innovative and eco-friendly ways to sell their products. In this sense the ecological refill dispenser could help fulfill part of these objectives. In another hand, there are people concerned about the care of the environment and they are expecting solutions like this. Channels: Large supermarkets and chain stores where dispensers will be installed. These channels are responsible for leasing the space for installation and maintenance of the dispensers. We take care of keeping them with the product available to customers. We will be responsible for generating and increasing demand for channels. Resources: human resource, storage warehouse, transport trucks, production of electronic dispensers, information leaflets about environmental care. Possible allies: companies, environmental institutions, social movements, financial entities, suppliers of recycled materials, universities. Revenue model: sale, installation, maintenance and recharge of dispensers in the network of supermarkets and chain stores. Cost model: human resource, manufacture and maintenance of dispensers, rental storage warehouse operation, space rental for dispensers installation in supermarkets, distribution of dispensers, maintenance of dispensers, campaigns and marketing.

Six experience years working up with Terrestrial Tropical Ecosystems and the inherent environmental problematic to its Conservation, Resilience, Restoration and sustainable use. Ample capacity for interdisciplinary work on the development of projects focused on Ecosystem Management in Conservation, Restoration and Ecosystems sustainable use. I have great interest and I am training in the creation of new environmental companies focused on new ways in wish companies and consumers can contribute in the good management of the natural resources and in the reduction our consumption waste. I am always trying to help to reach the sustainability as a society from my studies, wok and ideas.
