It means a lot of bureaucracy and waste time.The idea is to create a platform, as Wikipedia, where citizens can map, step by step, the services offered by government. So, you can give knowledge and power to the citizen to act more efficiently. The main objectives of this idea are: - Describe, with details, every intern process of a government sphere (Federal, State and cities); - Give to the citizens the right direction on how they can solve their problems; - Compare the level of bureaucracy between city halls and states; - Be integrated with other initiatives or government sites and platforms.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The key performance indicators for this idea are: - usability (platform easy to use) - number of steps to map a public process; - number of process mapped; - number of city halls mapped; - number of people connected to the platform. In the long term, Its expected to reduce, by comparing different Cities and States, the level of bureaucracy and increase the efficiency of public service. Also, it will contribute to reduce corruption.
