Explain your idea in details:
Famen is a free training platform for young graduates, requalification in the fields of employment. The objectives of the platform are: to provide quality training for young Africans, to have all the official languages of the continent on the platform and to enable learners to have a recognized qualification in their respective state. So that it becomes a reality we will work with the governments of countries, international institutions, and universities. It is true that today there is a lot of platform, but Famen differ from them on several points: Free certificates, programs adapted to the realities of Africa, the implications of states and companies to allow young people to " Have an internship after the training.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
As NELSON MANDELA said: education is your most powerful weapon for changing the world. Put in place an effective free training tool for young people of vital importance to developing countries. Because we know that education is a key element of economic success, from rich nations to poor nations, education has a much deeper impact on the lives of individuals than suggested by certain indicators such as professional remuneration Or economic growth. Education plays an important role in the development process and thanks to this platform it will have a lot of change in the lives of Africans: reducing poverty, improving nutrition, gaining health, and gender equality.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
Given the free platform, the economic model of the platform will be advertising (OR, SILVER, BRONZE), sponsorship, and subsidy. Access to credits is very difficult for young entrepreneurs in Africa, for this reason our funding source will be of three categories: own funds, international institutions (UNESCO, EMBASSIES, UNICEF ...) and fundraising. We have a team of young African leaders committed to change the continent: Mamadou Cellou Baldé (Guinea) web developer and manager, Rakia Salhatou (Niger) web programming, God given Dah (Mali) Web marketing and design, and Koulako Sylla (Guinea) lawyer.
Mamadou Cellou Balde is a young 24-year-old digital entrepreneur with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Kofi Annan University in Guinea. His ambition is to contribute to the development of his continent, to be a model for young people, and a person whom everyone will remember. In addition to his management training, he is one of the few young people who have benefited from the YALI program at the YALI-DAKAR CRL in Business & Entrepreneurship, and followed several online courses: Digital Place in the World, Web Marketing , Business management, web design, management. He was a finalist in two competitions, including: TOTAL STARTUP, and CONAKRY HACKATON.
