Twenty five Contractors main objective is to create employment to more then 100 youth artisans at the end of our 3rd financial year by approaching vocational training Facilities as is the case Currently with KAYEC Vocational training were we graduated. We as graduates to construct an Incubation Centre at our own cost, and use machinery from that training facilities on low fees. we are then to take in trainees who graduate to offer them internship opportunities by selling a few hand made products such as wooden tables and chairs cupboards and other products. as development in every town is taking place we are also offer our services to constructed houses renovations on sub contracts so we can learn from on the job training and update our organization with the machinery & equipment used in the industry. we are also looking into educating, empowering, employees by having them registered with employment benefits, and referring temporary employees to stakeholders that offered assistance to our organization such as project management, sme coaching and other related short trainings at No cost.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
having our employees registered with the register of employees which we are currently registered with already under social security commission increase awareness on vocational Education as a field for the school "drop outs" increased living standards for Youth Employed & Increased know how of running a business from the ground without having received financial assistance.
Sustainability and future plans
increase in value addition of employees receiving constant trainings on SME development we are currently conducting a market research to see if households will do with one doing maintenance for a period of time and paying a monthly fee. we are also selling hand made products such as furniture and Trailers from our Incubation Centre. we are also doing renovations & construction of house with a registered housing finance (first capital housing fund Namibia) after having completed our first project with quality & client satisfactory under a sub contract of African Dynasty Investments. for this project more then 15 Youth Benefited financial and 3 Instructors from the KAYEC Training college, with 4 qualified consulting contractors. we intend to at least have more then 1 incubation centre in more then 5 Towns each. apprenticeship for Vocational training centres

My name is Herman Munghanya born on the 26 May 1995, my school career ended to 2013 grade 11 due to uncontrolled circumstances and volunteered for KAYEC during my school years. registered my first company at the age of 17 but didn't get of the ground due to finance. i also volunteered for Hospice of Hope after i came out of school as a Youth officer i role which i currently still volunteer for up to date. in 2014 i received an offer to work for KAYEC Youth Development program on a project named Bros, brothers rising for others facilitating younger boys on the norms and educating them to try and reduce the effects of gender based violence. at n early age. project ended after a year in 2015. amongst a few awards is one of being a role model which was elected by KAYEC youth. upon joining the vocational training centre i was then elected as a trainee representative responsible for Business development & entrepreneurship. i am self driven and self made entrepreneur with the capacity to impact Youth from the grassroots development and inspire youth to be part of the countries economic advancement and transformation i am eager to succeed, anything coming my way will either be part of me or far from me. we as young people are bound to bring a new age of innovativeness that will be the distraction and the end of poverty not just in Namibia but for Africa at large and all youth.
