Your profile as an entrepreneur
My name is Innocent Mbanda, I am 27 years old and I am from Rwanda. I was born in the family of 5 children with one brother and three sisters. I grow up in a community where it was not easy to get the basic needs. I remember some of our parents wake up early in the morning to go to work in order to get what to eat or money for school fees. I remember when I was young, I use to stay home with my mother and she use to tell me when I grow up and become man, do not forget to help other. Back in high school, I liked to volunteer in community projects, like building the house of orphans and helping the helpless people to have access to basic needs. In 2013, I started working in AIRTEL Rwanda as Customer care executive where I worked one year and I got another opportunity to work in government institution. Due to I was in final year at National University of Rwanda, I was asked to leave my job and went for internship. In 2015, I graduated from National University of Rwanda with a bachelors degree in Economics and Education. After graduation, I come to know that I the skills I got to university are not enough to help me to compete at job market. I decide to join Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) in USA through Kepler Program where I am competing my bachelors degree in Logistic and operations. I grow with the mission to help others as my mother asked me about it. At SNHU, I also started volunteering in YEEJO TV LTD a media house company as administrative assistant. In June, 2016, I organized my fellow youth to come join me start IGIRE RWANDAORGANIZATION
