The aim of this project is to improve internal communications in institutions - 1 provide a reliable and low cost office telephone system - 2 avoid setting up new telephone lines (cables ) - 3 cut down expenditure by eliminating the expensive PBX Communication in many institutions is a big problem this is because the few telephone lines provided are not often enough. This is because the company grows with time, new services and personnel added must of the time these added personnel are not provided with a means of communicating with the other workers. As a result you always see workers communicating through the air (shouting) to pass a message across to another worker distracting others. In some cases a worker is forced to leave his office when a client is there alone or tell the client to wait outside just to get a file or an item from another office. He could just make a call or send an SMS requesting for what he needed thus saving time and reducing inconveniencies. Many companies are aware of the above problems but are not ready to go through the inconveniencies involved e.g. running telephone cables and the telephones exchange is also very expensive. To eliminate these inconveniencies, I decided to use the existing office hardware to provide a reliable and cheap communication system that will adequately solve the problem. The idea here is that today every office owns a computer and this computer is always on a network for file sharing. OFFICE COM SIP system takes advantage of the above idea to provide a very cheap and reliable SMS, VOICE MAIL and REAL TIME VOICE CALL communication modes in a network (LAN or internet).This approach does not use your PC sound card so you can still do a Skype call while the SIPcall

This project will solve the problem of internal communication in institutions and companies and so will increase production and improve the quality of service offered to costumers.
Sustainability and future plans
My company will do a mass production of this device this will generate revenue for the company and also provide employment to some youths who will work on the production line and in the marketing of the device. Work is still being done to further reduce the data rate thus increasing the speech quality especially in low bandwidth networks. This will be done using a compression algorithm I recently developed.

Knowing that I was creative, I started thinking of how I could come up with an electronic systems design company in my country. This became my vision so in school I was studying not to have the certificate but to be able to realize my vision I read extensively and did allot of experiments. Early 2009 my vision became a reality I started producing electronic control modules on command for companies and individuals with the trade mark TBM ELECTRONICS.
