We are interested in a partnership for the development of our project. The total capacity is not limited, nevertheless we want to begin from 1.5MW. In this case, the total cost of project will be about 3.26M: Stage1: 60.000* for making and testing of the industrial design (MVP) Stage2: 200.000 for preparation of production and product certification Stage3: 3.000.000 for manufacture of modular breakwater-power plant a total installed capacity of 1.5MW * Financing was done. Expected completion date - second quarter of 2017 Annual productivity of the equipment: Electricity 10.5 GWh Fresh water 1.800.000 m3 We plan to form the price of the equipment on the basis of 4k / kW of installed capacity. Consequently, the power generation will allow the buyer to recoup the investment in less than 4 year. And if the demand for the desalination of sea water, it will occur twice as fast. And the most important: after such advertising our company for the year will be able to produce and sell about 20-25 sets of such equipment with a profit of 100%. And this is already tens of millions of dollars!

IDEA The use of modular breakwaters-power plants for autonomous generating electricity and desalination of sea water. PROBLEM In the segment of autonomous equipment for power generation and desalination of sea water there is no technical solution, while acceptable from an economic and environmental point of view. The burning of fossil fuels pollute the environment, the use of wind and solar power plants is costly to consumers and require much space. This problem is particularly acute on the islands and coastal areas. The high price of fuel, difficulties with delivery and storage, lack of space for windmills and solar panels. SOLUTION We have designed, manufactured and tested prototype devices to transform the energy of the sea and ocean waves. And we can say that our technology has several advantages over famous renewable energy segment solutions: High efficiency at any waves and survival in a storm Easy installation, easy maintenance, does not take place on land Protect coastlines from wave erosion and does not pollute the environment Looks quite aesthetically pleasing and not interfere with the development of tourism Nowadays we are finishing creation of the industrial design installed capacity of 5kW. And we are ready to create our own serial production: the patented technical solution, team, market knowledge, experience of manufacturing and prototype test results.
Sustainability and future plans
Humanity used, use and will use the energy in the foreseeable future universally. Price of the question - convenience and security. During our work we received many pre-orders for the supply of equipment. However we do not have sufficient funds to make the industrial equipment required to power customer. We have already started negotiating with companies in the Balearic and Canary Islands. They are the most actively interested in the possibility of the introduction of our technology. They have a suitable coastline and is almost ready infrastructure for the deployment of our equipment. And after the first successful contract they will order a new power plants. In this case, the market outlook may look like this: SOM: 6M 1,5 MW total capacity for El Hierro Island (Gorona del Viento plant) SAM: 800M 200 MW total capacity for Gran Canaria Island (Soria-Chira pumped-storage hydropower plant) TAM /PAM: 4B 1 GW total peak load the Canary Islands (and continues to grow) These rates are based on a very profitable business for our company. Part of the profits we expect to invest in the development and further research. It so happens that today all known companies, including Pelamis, Aquamarine, Carnegie and many others can not offer the market an affordable cost of the equipment. Therefore, we expect a high demand for the creation of joint projects with interested companies or the sale of licenses.
