According to World Food Programme statistical estimations from 2015-2016 state that: 795 million people do not have enough food to eat on daily basis, 12.9 percent of the population is undernourished, the majority from developing countries, poor nutrition causes nearly 45% of child death, children under age five, 3.1 million each year. In Ghana 24% of child mortality cases are associated to undernutrition and the annual costs amounted to GHC4.6 billion which is equivalent to 6.4 GDP and also organization such as UNICEF, United Nations High Commission of Refugees etc reports, the products are the solutions to these problems.
Sustainability and future plans
Currently, we will form networks of various farmers across the world, especially in my country the government has formed an initiative called "planting food ", it is mostly on agricultural production of raw materials. For the future, we will enter into mechanized farming for production of raw materials, I have experiences in animals husbandry and cereals production. I wrote several proposals to World Food Programme, UNICEF, Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection for partnership to implement the project in commercial and international scales. I am still working on how to raise funds to purchase the initial machines needed such as meat grinder and bone clusher, ($2000), multipurpose dryer,($3000) and corn mill, ($500), and miscellanous budget, ($4000). I am also anticipating to partnership with African Leaders for Nutrition, World Bank, Food and Agriculture organization of United Nations, Orphanages, biscuits manufacturing companies and bread bakeries and through social media marketing.
