Our open platform enables recruiters to analyze the candidate's skills knowledge and performance and many other aspects to know whether the candidate is a right fit in their organization or not. Our platform don't judge anyone based on their graduated college or Marks they scored, but provide Technological virtual tools to do deep analytics of a candidate. Our virtual testing tools are nothing but practical testing methods which are executed by our local training partners. We will provide complete details to the recruiters about the tools like what does a particular tool test a candidate, efficiency of the tools...etc. so the recruiters choose tools to analyze the candidates practically anywhere and anyway they like.the candidates can also see their own analytics and where they are lagging so that they can use our resources to train themselves so that they can be hired next Time, candidates Don't have to do complete course or training they can just train themselves in particular area where they are lagging. We also provide micro loans to the candidates for training themselves by seeing their skills analytics which they can repay after getting a job, by this feature we can Help so many candidates who didn't got quality of education because of lack of money. Not only recruiters but also colleges can use our platform to select their students no based on their previous Marks but analyse their future capabilities. We use machine learning and deep learning Technology to analyze the candidates results from the various tests we do to them. We want to provide a best way for recruiters to hire candidates unbiased and as we also help candidates to improve themselves we will reduce unemployment rate drastically, we Help various investors to put their investments on the people so that they get returns from their investments and that investment will be used to improve people's lives.
