A FIGHT AGAINST GENDER INEQUALITY
Explain your idea in details:
The involvement of women in active politics and social contributions, has been on several discussions and heated debates for sometime now, and has perplexed the minds of the people. Each day, various analysts of various dispositions are found expressing their views on the efficiency and potency of our women towards attaining better development. It is clearly beyond reasonable doubt, the concept of "Gender inequality" needs rebaptism. Women have been challenged to stand up and be counted as committed to their empowerment by breaking social and Cultural taboos that undermine their progress. There is a need for women to come together and to speak out with one voice on issues that affect their development to demonstrate their sincerity for empowerment. I salute all women who are working and contributing immensely in various ways to National development. The rebirth and revival of our policies and that of our mindset is the only way forward if we really want things to work again in the years to come. Women are a part of the many people worldwide and therefore deemed it fit to add their voices to arresting the cartel behind gender inequality. Our wealth management philosophy centres on managing, growing and protecting the generational values of our women, families and respective countries and this indicated will work in the interest of all. What if we all worked together to take actions and make contributions that will get us closer to gender equality? We should sooner or later than a generation of women who are equal partners with men in all spheres of life. A Washington, An Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia a world and indeed our collective efforts. All the same, the future holds success and pleasures.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Empowering our women to servitude, a strategy for economic and social growth, will unite and put us under one umbrella for effective contributions that will influence and put us on the line to secure or domestic peace and to generate enough growth for all. this will bring our women together to share in the vision of one another and foster a common women front to tackle together issues that confront us, which will raise alarm for zero or low rise in gender inequality, that will fit the reality for massive transformation. If our women are given the mandate to participate in active politics, a strategy for economic growth, we are going to see expansion and productivity in our economies and our level of improvement will begin to grow. the various initiatives and stimulates package to revive our policies will go along way to create progress and prosperity in the world. This will create more opportunities for women and make up in someway for the hysterical discrimination and segregation against women through instruments that seek to provide some equal level playing field for women in relation to their male counterparts. Hardwork, enterprise, creativity and consistent fight against gender inequality constitute the panacea of overcoming our challenges. Strict adherence to these principles would bring the transformation we seek. We need to mobilize for a happy and prosperous growth of tomorrow in which all including the youth, women and vulnerable in society, would have equal opportunities to realize their potential and build lives of dignity. There is more that unites us; more that we have in common as women than the differences that divides us. Indeed we have it in us, the future is perceived bright and "Yes We Can" We need to mobilize all our resources and all our strength here in this Diaspora.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
In the first month of the year 2018, i joined hands with mummy in trading activities especially in pastries like rock-burns, buff loafs which became a sweet delicacy in town and especially on market days, our stuffs were the toast among the market fraternity and received a good patronage all the time. It was then that i began to cut my teeth as a business leader. As a result, i developed more interest in service. It taught me how to balance my role as a leader even while rendering my services to societal development. This has enhanced my skills in man management and has developed my capacity to advocate for people. It gives me the ability to accommodate the subjective and objective criticisms. As times went by, we wold everything we perceived would attract travellers. Popular among our goods were food stuffs, fruits, etc that was a delight of all people and was heavily patronized especially by travellers. We derived our source of finance from the ploughing back of invested profit invested. We invested every bit of profit we made to ensure the continuity of the business enterprise. This gave me the opportunity to unleash my potentials and fit into the market scene that gave practical solutions to National problems. This has helped to champion my supreme interest in entrepreneurship and to continue the struggle until victory is achieved. On the whole, it is a testament to the fact that,my level of experience has helped to maintain a high standard of discipline and excellence in the competitive job market and this i believe will go a long way to create prosperity in Ghana, Africa and beyond.
