We can eradicate illiteracy in any country in the world if an educated person decides to teach an individual or an illiterate member of his or her family living under one roof or an illiterate neighbor living near it. If we apply this, we will be assured that illiteracy will disappear in a few months to a year at the latest, The person start to teach numbers and letters and to use some textbooks for the first years primary. This is the ultimate solution to eliminate this problem and it is free or without substantial material cost.
