SHARE: Start-up Headlight Action to Reach Entrepreneurship
Explain your idea in details:
The main objective of the project is to promote youth job creation from emerging local SME by entrepreneurship startups within key development sectors. The spirit of sharing, and the personal development are the secondary objectives towards a spirit of solidarity and partnership by investors for the realization of the actions leading to reach the goal. The application service allows to receive information about startup competitions and micro-project financing. After, the information can be shared directly to the social networks accounts of the user (facebook, twitter, linkdin, ...) so that other people are also informed. The source of all information will be provided by the partners and collected data from the SHARE management team. Furthemore, the apps can also display the list of social protection services from the national and international links, contact and address, its a built-in predefined database. This all information can be updated automatically via internet. Then, the partners and the collaborators can also share their activities or their event organizations (forum, workshops ...), mostly personal development training and entrepreneurial training. The advantage of the application is that it can be configured according to the option chosen by the user. The option is divided in two modes: 1) the standard mode where the user can be informed of all sectors of activity in terms of micro-project and startup financing. 2) In specific mode where the user will can be to choose one or two of the sectors of activity they wish to have priority: health, agriculture, drinking water supply, protection of the environment, renewable energy and education. Thanks to SHARE, everyone will be well informed in time and on the same equal opportunity to succeed. It's a new multidisciplinary innovative approach to creating individual and community value.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The targets are all young people who are looking for funding and partners in their activities, for example: an entrepreneur in the real estate, in the renewable energy or in agriculture (farming) such as agripreneurs. SHARE has two major impacts at the society. Direct Impacts and Indirect Impacts: In one hand, the direct impact is the creation of youth employment from the donations and the financing by startup, in each sector: health, agriculture, drinkable water conveyance, environmental protection, renewable energy and education. In the other hand, the indirect impact focuses on the reduction of poverty in the urban society and in rural areas, with a mutual commitment and cooperation of all the stakeholders. As a result is the emergence of all key sectors of the development at the same time, in the same level and at the same rhythm. Because, we cant fight poverty by improving a single business sector, as all sectors are connected to each other. There is a value chain that connects several activities at different scales from upstream to downstream. Therefore, to eradicate the poverty, its necessary to develop all these sectors of activity by promoting job creation. . Its as if the sustainable development is one mechanical motor vehicle consisting of 6 gearings, if a single gear doesnt work, the engine doesnt run and conveys doesnt arrive towards its destination. Every gearing or every sector activity is always important in the achievement the goal of sustainable development of a country or a whole world. The collaboration between the sectorial partners on an axis and the cooperation between partners with the promoters with various scale on another axis guaranteed a positive result of the sustainable development through the sharing of information.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
The comprehensive framework of the project implementation is divided into two phases: spatial dimension phase and growth which are proportional interms of evolution: 1) The expansion of project on the spatial dimension takes places 4 levels: first, the project starts at the local level, in the capital of Madagascar, in Antananarivo. Then, at the national level, anywhere in Madagascar. After, on the level of continental and sub-Saharan Africa and finally in a whole world. The phase of growth on each level is carried out per semester. 2) The chronogram in general phase of launching of the project until the realization is carried out as follows: A-subscription of the idea to competition (July 2018). B-qualification of the project at the competition (October 2018), while waiting for the nomination of the international prize, the team seeks strategic partners and funders to help the project. C-First phase of its launching of the project at the local level (November 2018).
