Mission To ensure that all guests and staff are treated with respect and dignity they deserve. Product line or Activities Rice: Sindhi Biryani and Sindhi Pullow Drinks: Summer drinks and Tea Problem worth solving: Lack of biryani point. Need a low priced eatery. Lack of well structured environment within a shop. Our Solution: Filling the market gap by introducing first biryani point in that area. providing low priced food. Provides well structured environment to the customers. Marketing Approaches: Promotional Strategies: Distribution of Handbills in institutions and general public. Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Target: My target will be to anyone who loves to eating biryani, but I will mainly target students, Teachers and working class people. I have targeted almost 200-250 customers per day. Competition: My major competitor would be student Biryani shop, and small biryani shops also working. Their's big strengh is that they have fame and name, and their's main weakness is that they don't have proper internal and external structure that attract to customers. SWOT Analyses: Strenghs: Recipe is unique and tasty. we are initiate to start the Sindhi Biryani in that area. Name of Bhitai Biryani Shop also attractive for visitors of Hazrat Shah Abdul latif Bhitai. Weaknesses: Starting a new business. Opportunity: Demand exists in the market. To take free delivery to institutions. Threats: Another shop may be started offering similar products at a lower price.
