Explain your idea in details:
vegetable production knows 25 to 40% of loss due to its perishable nature during the rainy season, but there is a shortage in the market during the dry season and the supply of vegetables becomes a luxury. revitalizing the sector and strengthening the means of preserving agricultural products to ensure food security is the framework in which our idea QUICK FOOD is an agrifood company whose objective is to promote excess production in order to avoid waste and to allow producers to profit from their activity. QUICK FOOD will also present two Ivorian dishes such as eggplant soup and African tomato soup. These soups will be in dehydrated form ready to use without preservatives and preserving all organoleptic and nutritional values. The originality of the solution lies in: -the significant contribution to food security -protection of the environment by avoided carbon and non-use of CFCs and HCFCs in the drying process - the supervision of supplier producers in the fields work to strengthen household income in rural areas and solve the problem of rural exodus. - highlight compliance with food safety standards -the high number of jobs -The reduction of crop losses -the consideration of gender
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
the expected impact of our idea is to value more than 180,000 tons of vegetables, to improve the lives of more than 500 vegetable producers and finally allow more than 5,000,000 households to eat balanced by having in all seasons varied vegetables . the impact is measured by the number of SOUPS sold. Our target is households with average income
Plans for implementation and sustainability
In order to carry out this idea, we intend to forge partnerships with producer groups for the supply of raw materials, so we will call on a chef for the quality of soups and to find the funds we are looking for financial partners with institutions, banks and participating in seed money competitions
