Can also help to get reservation of needy citizens ( Right to Education, Economically backward ) Develop Modified Banking/ Income Tax / Election / Vehicle Record / Telecom System We can replace many banks Debit Card/ Credit card, Pan Card, Election Voting Card, Driving License by a Single Unique identity card. which worked as a Unique Identity Number. The upcoming future generation will avoid this old fashioned rituals of maintaining different debit/credit cards for different Banks. In future an individual will use this system of single unique identity card for banking. For using Public/private services of the bank, they have to take membership of Banking/Financial system by using only one unique identity number. The user can access and maintain his/her financial/banking account for different banks on a single platform. In Future this unique identity card can also be used as a voting card in election, we can modify and convert each government ATM machines as a Voting Booth. We can replace License card with unique identity card, by using this we can maintain data base of each persons Vehicles records in additional with its criminal database. In future cell phone having No Sim card slot, will be working with a unique identity number same as mail ID that we are using currently for major access in digital world.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
1. We have to generate a unique identity number to each and every person as soon as a child is born. 2. Each services i.e. Gov. Records, Health, Education, Banking, Crime Records, Telecom, Income Tax, Election, Passport and etc. will be having their separate server for maintaining records of each persons regular data. 3. Each servers are centralised with main server for Analysis & Monitoring of each citizens database. Privacy for using a specific data by a specific industry will be set for every individual. The user can access and update his/her complete data. Every industry will maintain data for every individual based on its type and can only access the same. Only a specific governing team will have access to every single bit of information available in this system. This will even help to fight against corruption, to Deliver Gov. scheme to needy citizens, to make more liable & transparent governance.
