Musoki Elizabeth is 33 years, has five years experience working as Executive Director for Youth innovation and production center (YIP-Center) a youth led organization that aims at empowering youth with innovations that can link them to external world for economic development. The organization is responsible for advocacy for the empowerment of marginalized women, youth and children in the rural areas. The interest in this work is derived from my unwavering passion to pursue equal economic empowerment for all human beings. Growing up in a highly patriarchal rural African society, witnessed children, youth and women suffer discrimination and decided to commit my life to campaigning against gender economic inequality. This explains why I pursued related professional training. I hold Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management, Bachelor's Degree of Development studies, short Certificate Courses in Children Legal Rights Protection, Proposal Writing and Resource Mobilization. I completed Public management training at Arizona State University, USA, from June to July 2017 as a part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
