Ways I will use to measure the financial and social success of my idea; The business will donate 5% of its profit to any charity organisation as a way of giving back to the community. Engagement of youth in sporting activities reduces crime and bad behaviour since their time will be occupied by fun activities. The business will address the issue of unemployment by creating employment for participant in international competitions and for the staff that will be working in the park also the coaches that will be training our participants. The health programs that will be introduced will help the reduced number of sick offs hence improved health. TARGET MARKET Our main target market is young people aged between 5 35 years since they are considered to be an agent of change that break the vicious cycle of inequality, poverty and violence.
