Plans for implementation and sustainability
Mochri water for life services will have three types of clients. 1. Farm owners 2. Homeowners 3. Retail shop owners who will be buying purified and packaged water at a wholesale price and sell at a retail price to customers. Generally, any human being wherever he/she is in the world values clean and soft water for drinking and home use. The organization mandate will be to ensure every family in the project areas will get access to clean water at an affordable price. Moreover, farms will have continuous access to water for farming as retail shops and wholesalers will get packaged water at an affordable price hence enjoy good profit sales margin. Finances will be gained from the sales made daily to the retail shops and monthly from the farm and homeowners through meter readings installed in every farm or home, the higher the usage, the more the units and the higher the cost. Apart from the monthly charges, the farm owners will be charged installation for the piping which can be paid in installments through a well-documented and signed service level agreement by the two parties. Financial start-ups will be budgeted from the youth citizen entrepreneurship competition award, initial capital will be used to 1) Build Mochri water stations and office. 2) Buy water purification equipment and bottles for packaging 3) Do piping and buy water meters for the first clients, where those who are not able to pay the whole amount will be allowed to pay in installments through a signed agreement. The institution will collaborate with water equipments selling companies like Davis and shirtliff, government bodies to get the necessary licenses/permits and also the staff members who will be doing the daily operations for project success
