Summary of your idea
The Mobile Women's Health Service is made up of specially trained registered women doctors based throughout Bangladesh who provide confidential problem solution for Bangladeshi women through different kinds of telecom services. The service aims to improve the health and well being of women in both urban and remote areas of Bangladesh. There are not available doctors in our country and MWomenHealth will minimize the scarcity through different services.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
Reduction of nonprofessional doctors or Quack doctors. Reach millennium Development Goal Remove the scarcity of doctors Reducing financial constraints to health service by reducing the needs of visiting hospital and doctors office Removal of social prejudice by raising awareness. Increase of social awareness both for men and women. Decrease of death of women because of various acute diseases. Increase value added service of Telecom Company. This could be one of the major CSR activities of telecom Company
Plans for implementation and sustainability
This idea can be implemented through a mobile operator company of the country which has better network coverage. There will be two types of services for women maternal service and gynecological service. The solutions to the problems will be given through Text Message MMS Hotline Number Audio Message Video Calling. India, South Africa introduce Mobile Alliance for Maternal Action (MAMA) For no charge to expecting and new mothers, MAMA offers health information in the form of text messages adapted to different contexts. Messages are developed with the help of BabyCenter, which has reached 25 million pregnant women and new mothers in 20 countries around the world. Locally adapted messages will be available on an online library for other projects to encourage sharing learned lessons. As this MWomenHealth care service will be a vast project at the initial stage, this project can go with partnership with Ministry of Women and Health of Bangladesh and other international not for profit organizations.
