Nowadays, in Kazakhsant there is little support to disabled. Realization of this project will expand the range of public services provided by disabled to the population of the city, to and provide jobs for disabled which will decrease the social inequality and poverty. The resulting profit will allow to carry out activities not only labor rehabilitation, but not less important - social.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
It is planned within 2 years to create three small complex for provision of goods services (repair of clothing and shoes metalloremont, hairdressers and fotouslg)by disabled people. Each set is designed to operate a maximum of 12 people (in replacement), 2-3 of them is workers - people without disabilities, who will help to organize the work and sell. This idea will create new jobs both for the disabled and for people without disabilities. Low prices for the disabled will be realized. Our market is divided into 3 different segmentation bases: demographic, behavioral, psychografic and geographic. Demographic base includes middle-income consumers. Behavioral base classifies customers as celebrators. Almaty city is a geographic division of our market. Almaty is a city of Republic importance, where most of businesses are located. It has a population of over 1 mln citizens what gives the high probability of appreciation of our product.

As Kazakhstan faced crisis producers will shrink their production due to high prices for raw materials and decreased demand for their products. The product that our company going to sell will be cheaper and acceptable to the middle wage class Objectives Obtain financial support on 15000$ Attain sales of 1,036,800 KZT in the first quarter. Increase second year sales by 60% and third year by 30%. Build one store and open two-three points of sale in hypermarkets Provide charity services. Organizational structure: Administrator Sales Manager Service Staff Profit: we will stress on diferenciation of product. Differenciation of product will permmit to realize company niche strategies, to achive presize positioning in mind of consumers and increase loyalty level of consumers to product, to increase income norme at the cost of entrance to the expensive segments of market; consolidation of small enterprises in the basis of mutually beneficial conditions. Small enterprises could create an assosiation, therefore increasing the economies of scale; Our target market is middle-income consumers living in Almaty, who appreciate good servies, is not indifferent to the disabled and warm atmosphere.
