Summary of your idea

My idea is very simple ,open a school and a coaching institute. As its name both the school and coaching institute are inspired by the personality and teaching style of RICHARD PHILLIPS FEYNMAN.When i first read his i was very inspired by the simple approach to very complicated topics. Then i realized what has to be done to improve the quality of education in India. KEY FEATURES:- 1: providing honest and innovative approach of teaching. 2: teachers only will be accepted with some certain months of experience at feynman classes. If found appropriate for the cause ,then will be promoted to school on permanent basis. 3: there are books which are very good but can cost a month of their parent's salary ,we through 24/7 library open for everybody will provide opportunity to enhance their knowledge beyond boundaries. 4: new age technology and facility of telescope for students see the beauty of universe. 5: education will also be provided to those who are unable to take part in school by Feynman classes. 6: Emphasis on overall development of students Feynman school will be dedicated to innovative approach of teaching(Science and Mathematics).where students will be encouraged to ask question and motivated to find their answer.A part from study proper facilities for extra curricular activities shall be provided. Feynman classes as a coaching institute for students willing to learn, far from reach of school and for those who cannot afford school, and as a training centre for teachers of Feynman school. these are very simple requirements but no school if fulfilling even a single point.

Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development

By providing innovative education , especially about science, will remove superstition and create understanding of nature among students thus to society. and will try to produce excellent talent with motive to work towards the society. working with honesty and really educate young ones is our aim.and here working with honesty is like revolution as no one does, that's why its a new thing and i hope people will learn some thing from this. it will secure children's future.and promote them work for society with honesty. opening a school will create a lot of employment directly or indirectly.it will create flow of money which will be beneficial for the local people. By giving good salary to teacher's and making their life easier and more comfortable ,the lost respect of teacher will be restored.

Plans for implementation and sustainability

the main principal behind making it successful is that-better product or service with help of proper branding and advertisement will replace the older and the worse one. Opening a school will require a huge sum of money and land . i have thought to take loan from banks or find a feasible partner who see's the vision behind it . Although this idea is 100% perfect for the place, but can't work on it due to lack of resources, and this is the p[art where i need some help and guidance. When it will take the shape of reality ,i am sure it will survive everything after opening . As the schools which are running are just because there no competition.

Your profile

i was born at Ara , Bihar , India ,on 07-march-1993. i belong to a lower middle class family and currently pursuing diploma in mechanical engineering,From childhood i was encouraged to question ,that's how i developed a good understanding of science. the main incident that motivated me do something different, was death of my grandfather people forgot his name ,so i want to do something that will keep my name alive for years after my death, and spending whole life doing a job just for living haunts me as at the end people have realize they have done nothing.so i want to create something ,make a change. As i suffered at education in my time due to poor teachers and lack of proper facilities -that's why i know how to remove such problems and make it better.
