We are an innovative ecosystem environment where companies, entrepreneurs, professionals, businesses owners, leaders, managers and students connect together for problem solving, learning space, ideas sharing and networking. We tackle challenges and problems facing companies with a unique value proposition and innovative solution backed with business best practices. How we do that: Through our monthly business networking events where we bring under one roof more 100+ people in Rwanda and outside to connect, learn, share ideas, create business partnership. For students to get an opportunity to meet industry players to create network that help them in either their internship placement or future career. We do also organize Business Talks to inspire, motivate, these talks unleash the business passion from within to grow, start different ventures or take respective careers to the next level. On top of that we do provide a mentorship program focus on helping businesses, professionals and students aligning with the SDG Goals #8 #9 and #17 that we are promoting.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
- We empower Entrepreneurship education for young entrepreneur by connecting them to industry players who help them in their venture and mentor them. Measurement: Satisfaction, job or internship placement - We have a number of +100 attendees per our monthly networking event where we tackle the challenges facing young entrepreneurs with unique solution backed with business best practices. Measurement: Number of attendees and feedback survey. - We linked entrepreneur and existing businesses to different market that help them to create sustainable partnership that help both parties in their ventures. Measurement: Number of partnership or deals closed - We promote and encourage young professionals to grow in their career or venture while offering them knowledge either through expert panel discussion on monthly networking event or though G5 Talk which is a similar setup of Ted Talk as we build a promote the country knowledge based economy goal. Measurement: Number of attendees and feedback survey.
Sustainability and future plans
Our Business Model: Our main revenue stream is still now through annual membership fee, companies pay higher than individual, and we are planning to improve more on our training curriculum to be able to charge them. Our networking and Business Talks though they are paid events, it covers the Food and Beverage we provide to participants. We also planning to provide marketing and promotional space to business though our platform for different at a charged fee to expose young entrepreneur and their solution or product to different market. We really strive to contribute a lot to our society, part of revenue will be invested in small enterprise to help them grow in terms of financial support or pro bono capacity building training whenever needed.

My name is Christian Kitumaini am 29 years old, being the Founder of G5 Business Makers Program, am also the Ye! Community Ambassador for Rwanda building the Ye! Chapter in the country, being a strategic consultant i hold a MBA Degree from Bangkok and BSC IT Degree from India, with over 7 years experience in different industries. Am a passionate businesses consultant helping SMEs to grow and sustain their business.
