We alleviate the social problem of the daily loitering of people living with disability and vulnerable persons on the streets of Lagos and other parts of Nigeria, where physically challenged and vulnerable persons are left to fend for themselves on the streets and this state of affairs increases the social problem of daily loitering. Due to the unintended neglect of the physically challenged and vulnerable persons in our society and our burning desire to alleviate this social problem. We designed this unique Project tagged R4C ABILITY Project to make an impact in the lives of physically challenged and vulnerable people. Our Vision Eradication of the social problem of the daily loitering of people living with disability on the streets of Lagos and other parts of the country. Our Mission Educate, Empower and transform physically challenged persons into becoming a global success Our Objectives To transform our communities from a community unemployed physically challenged and vulnerable persons to a community of self-sufficient physically challenged persons with good employment skills, personal SMES that help them fend for themselves and families, contribute to the country Gross Domestic product GDP. We are intentionally changing the mindset of physically challenged persons from asking for handout to become productive and democratizing the power of skills among them. We incentivize them with academic scholarship, opportunity of skill and vocational training, endorsement contract, record deals, cash prizes and gift items. Furthermore we are not only affecting their economics we are also ensuring they have a healthy life style by linking them to platforms where they can have access to health awareness information and the importance of well-being. We develop global partnership that is all inclusive both in contribution, ideas and innovation for the physically challenged persons. R4C Ability Project is aimed at transforming their mindset from begging and to earning, engaging their productive capabilities.

Achievements We Signed an MOU with AUDLON TOYS limited to empower fashion designers that are living with disabilities, to be part of those that make clothes for AUDLON dolls We have successful built PLWD brand out of physically challenged products and services .PLWD brand are high quality, made in Nigeria products and services. Products such as shoes, sandals, bags, belts, key holders hair clips, detergent, flower pots and many more. We have empowered more than 500 physical challenged person with cash prices donated by Airtel Nigeria, Magic Touch Interior and Uche Aubleem Center of Human Development. Sewing machine donated by senator comedian Tuition fee scholarship by Olivet Bible Church 6th Avenue Festac Town, Lagos Special financial take off grants to 5 physically challenged by Mountaintop Micro Finance Bank Some of the beneficiaries are: Mr. Baba Tunde, a blind man who repairs laptops and phones; Mr. Ugochukwu Ogugowa, Mr. Michael Moses and Daniel Moses who are blind but are into head craft, such as beaded bags, beaded flower pots and a lot more. Mr. Sunday Adesheno who is on a wheel chair but involves himself in acrobatics, Miss Ebere Eze moves around with the aid of crutches which has not stopped her from her dream of Music (you need to hear her sing), Miss Patricia Osademe a hair Stylist that moves with the aid of crutches and many others. We have a team of people who will follow up on their progress and also questionnaires will be administered to the selected set to get their candid feedback. The pre-test and post-test will help in capturing our successes and gaps. Before we set out on any project there are set objectives and these objectives are realistic and simple, thus in the light of this we watch out to see if we are meeting up with our objectives from day one of project.
Sustainability and future plans
Sustainability plan Through sales of PLWD brand products, which we have successful built. PLWD brand are high quality made in Nigeria products and produced by people living with disabilities (PLWD). We intend to sale their products and get a percentage which will be ploughed back to the business in order to help us reach more vulnerable people. We intend to partner with cooperate bodies, agencies, organizations that understand the importance of building the lives of vulnerable and physically challenged people. We will also look out for individuals that are inclined to the plight of people living with disabilities. Project for the year Comprehensive free medical test and drug administration on going at Mekatrics diagnostic center Festac town Lagos but we need more funding and partnership to enable us reach out to more people living with disabilities. Empowerment and Exhibition event which will take place on Sunday October 28th 2018 at Golden tulip hotel Amuwo Odofin Festac Lagos we are soliciting for funds and partnership to enable empower more people AcademicScholarships on going but we need more funding in order to impact more. Vocational training on going but still need more funds in order to impact more Take off grants we are soliciting for funds and partnership to enable us give seed funding and transform lives Promotion and sales of their products and services on going but we also need more funds in order to impact more lives and link them to more markets and opportunities to scale their services. Job offers on going but still searching for more opportunities and more organizations that can take up the trained persons under our skill acquisition program.

Am Success Ezeani, from Anambra state, a graduate of education history from Imo state university.Am a Leap Africa SIP 2017/2018 fellow, A comedian, an event consultant, event developer and project manager. The founder of Success Ezeani Ability foundation. Due to the unintended neglect of the physically challenge person in our society,that led me to become a social entrepreneur. I strongly believe that in every physical disability lies a great ability and physical deformity should not be taking as mental disability. Since 2012 i have been in the forefront of educating , empowering , transforming and engaging the productive capabilities of physically challenge persons. I promotion , marketing and selling their products and services ,get job and accadamic scholarships.
