Explain your project in details:
Poverty goes beyond lack of money, it is also ignorance and isolation. Isolated from information and opportunities, a sustainable economic initiative can not be created. We miwoeGroup aims to introduce the concepts of productivity and personal growth, entrepreneurship and community development into colleges and high schools to stimulate the intellectual and creative performance of learners. Over the next 30 years, a quarter of the world's population will be African. Energy issues will be high and the challenge of food will be major. That's why we are working to promote the emergence and realization of youth enterprise projects on the African continent by providing schools with convenient practical training tools and qualified support in the agribusiness and non-energy sectors. conventional. We organize trainings and workshops on the current education system, led by a group of young consultants and professionals in areas such as entrepreneurship, agricultural production and processing, green energy, project development and management. Community. At the end of the school years, a holiday camp is organized: a unique opportunity to create winning synergies by bringing together students from other countries who have the same desire to influence the African continent with their solutions. Our goals are: (i) to equip schools with the essential tools to develop a new African leadership; (ii) encourage 50% of students to master the challenges of entrepreneurship and agriculture in Africa; (iii) encourage the emergence of innovative entrepreneurial projects in schools to find solutions to provide every African household affordable access to electrification and basic food.

The main performance indicators are: (i) 2,400 students are trained and equipped each year, (ii) at least 65% of enterprises are still functional after their creation, (iii) the prevalence of chronic malnutrition among children decreases, (iv) at least 3,200 direct jobs are created by our learners, v) 118,400 people indirectly benefit from our actions.
Sustainability and future plans
In order to maximize the productivity of each learner and the benefits of our actions in schools, we have developed an inclusive and community-based approach that includes Heads of Neighborhood Development Committees, school principals and parents of students. Your profile as an entrepreneur
Young entrepreneurs, creators by nature, I am passionate about personal productivity and neurolinguistic programming, eager to find solutions. I left the university in 2013 to get started in the production and marketing of soap Marseille. In 2014, thanks to the Internet, I was trained in entrepreneurship and computer science. Looking at the imbalance between demand and supply of employment in Togo, I decided to share my skills with young people and make my skills more productive. This is how I became a trainer in improved techniques of artisanal soap production; I developed the curriculum of my training over time. I also organized training on private initiatives for organizations such as TASLY, EDMARK, Alliance In Motion Togo, NGO In Heart of Development, Association of Young Christian Men of Togo (YMCA) ... Today I trained more than 220 young people and women from various cultures on the creation of micro-enterprises, assisted or accompanied 5 private organizations. In April 2016, after 15 months of volunteering, I created my miwoèGroup organization, which currently delivers training in entrepreneurship, agro-industry and crafts. I also participated in the second Africa Startup Tour in Abidjan and recently in AgroBootCamp 2018 in Tori-bossito, Benin.
