Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
-Locally manufactured goods now compete with cheaper products from emerging economies, such as China, India, and Brazil. These inexpensive imports are rapidly replacing locally made goods and shutting down small-scale manufacturers. -Unlike many electronic commerce platforms in Africa, Tendapa addresses a local problem that faces many small businesses and consumers in Africa by offering a solution that will help connect trade within African nations. -This will lead to a spike in growth of SME's and consequently reduce unemployment . -Africas main engine for economic growth is agriculture with most products traded products between Africans been in this category. As climate change continues to pose a real threat to the continents food security & economic stability, we believe by promoting the trade of agricultural products to increase demand would encourage the use of millions of uncultivated land and promote entrepreneurship. Increased trade of clean products would put Africa in a better position to adapt and mitigate climate & ultimately improving the social & economic status of many in Africa and around the world . -Consumers will be able to access a wide range of highly affordable and quality local products produced by local suppliers. Enabling many to access and afford basic commodities.

Your profile as an entrepreneur
From a tender age,i had a unfriendly relationship with my dad who was a long distance truck driver and came home only a few times an year. Not growing around him made me think he hated me as he would come home, tired ,stressed and he would beat me up before the night was done for small and negligible mistakes. This made me hate him only to realize when i got olders that the hardwork, sleepless nights and poor pay he got turned him disturbed man. Coming from a humble background,I had a very hard time in the university due to lack of fees and pocket money so i tried finding a job which proved to be the hardest thing since In kenya ,your education performance dont matter as much as your family connections. After tarmacking for a while,i decided to stick to enterprenuership through opening small sme's busineses and i gained insights in business. Tendapa idea finally came along and i knew there and then that i had to only focuss on the absurd idea which has proved very challenging yet so exciting as we champion our mission is to help improve the social & economic status for African countries.
