Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
Baby Artysh project correlates to SDG goal 4 Quality Education, targeting: access to quality early childhood development, care and preprimary education and build and upgrade education facilities that are child, disability and gender sensitive and provide safe, nonviolent, inclusive and effective learning environments for all. Music is very powerful tool to attract attention of children from the earliest age and through music activities that lean on live performance we have multiple emotional- sensory reaction which is the key for babies and children in early childhood to develop. We done our research in 2016. on Baby Artysh program and it showed that children react with no exception on music and activities we offer: emotionally and physically. Children were happier, and through time they adopted skills which affect neural development and growth and helped them in early socialization. Music is universal language so children with disabilities and from other vulnerable groups can participate in their own way according to their condition at the very moment of performance of the program. So far we played 301 interactive concerts in three concert seasons (2015/ 2016.; 2016/ 2017.; 2017/ 2018.) for more than 8 000 children, parents, future parents and also employees in different institution for children. Concerts were held in two cities in Serbia continually: Belgrade and aak. Our main partners on projects through these two concert seasons were: Cultural Center of Belgrade, Kolarac Concert Hall, Museum of science and tehnology, Music high school Kosta Manojlovi in Zemun, Reuma Center in aak, Center for Protection of Infants, Children and Youth Belgrade, Kindergarten Veni for kids with multiple dissabilites. We played in various festivals in Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina.
