Explain your project in details:
Take action on the creation of a variety of sugar and gluten free desserts for patients hospitalized in private hospitals in Mexico, with the need of special food care. Our desserts will be made with 100% Mexican products (sustainably sourced), like source organic, renewably-farmed, non-GMO and locally grown ingredients whenever possible, 100% rBGH-free dairy, 100% fair-trade vanilla and organic apples. Taking into consideration that we will completely avoid refined sugars, preferring natural sweeteners, as stevia, coconut sugar, eryhtritol, and xylitol.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
Creating a world in which every single hospital patient has the opportunity to crave on the best choice of quality and healthy desserts. Achieving the third goal on sustainable development from UNESCO which is "Good health and well being". We will assure our company´s success by establishing every single one of our decisions to be a socially responsible enterprise, by not contributing to the global statistics on food waste, pollution, improving health globally.
Sustainability and future plans
We will associate with private hospitals in Mexico, so that we can provide them with our sugar and gluten free desserts. It will start with with an investment made directly to the company by any kind of social investor who shows interest and concern on developing our project and shows devotion for the evolution of sugar and gluten free deserts. We are visualizing to take into consideration food allergies like egg allergy, dairy products, fruit, nuts and cereals.
Your profile as an entrepreneur
We are four junior high school students from "Colegio Cultural Terranova", we are 15 years old, we started planning our social entrepreneur company named "Without Sugar 2 Health" linking our knowledge obtained from the confectionery workshop in school and the course of Innovation and Business development.
