Society comprises of diverse people;diverse in different aspects.With the movement of time,it\'s good to see that society is changing along with it.But,there are still certain things which needs immediate change.The change that i am talking about is,the perception of people towards the\'disable people\'.However,we become modern and civilized,its sad to know that still disabled person are not treated well in society.We tend to look at them differently ,not from human dimension.\'Disability\'might restricts person in certain way but if we given chance them to showcase their abilities,then they can definitely prove that,\'Their ability is greater than that of their disability\'.Some may be visual impaired,some deaf,some dumb and some lame etc. and some or the other way.Thus,their disability should not be the limitation but it should be their abilities to\'change the world\' for good.
Knowing the fact that disable people consist of 15%of total population in the world to which as a youth myself,i see those people have greater role to a make huge impact in the world.
For this,mine objective would be:1)reducing social exclusion(if possible starting from their family members)2)address barriers of equal opportunities,3)achieve community integration,4)Special provisions in the sector of
education,health 5)Conduct or aware people(leadership program)through education,training(however possible)5)Equal participation in the developmental works,6)Providing unemployment pensions scheme for the time till they become employed also,employment schemes on the basis of their disabilities,6)free housing
My activities for them would be:1)Conduct programs to showcase the talent of disable people.2)Sports competition on the basis of the impairment like for lame person(chess contest)not involving legs,cooking classes for deaf,dumb etc. on the basis of their interest and passion,3)Creating sense of competitions through school programs(art exhibitions)etc.
My innovative approaches would be:1)Online community for disable,2)Develop app accessibility,devices for dumb,deaf like e.g.Stephen Hawking\'s(sensor device),personal mobility wheelchairs,security app,3)Prosthetic hands,legs,Develop software to improve loss of speech.
