Explain your idea in details:
Our first objective is to gathering significant stakeholders by May 2019. We have attributed key results and tactics to achieve Delicii's goals. The first result is to raising 20,000.00 dollars using friends, family and crowdfunding. To do that, a lean canvas and pitch deck will be sketched out to about 10 advisers and 3 investors per week, starting from June 2019, until we are funded. The second result is to finding 2 other technical founders. In order to achieve that, we will have at least 1 personal introduction per week. We plan to participate in diverse meetups, business meetings and clubs etc. Our second objective is to launching MVP during the end of summer. We will be holding 50 problem interviews for first key result by July: designing mockups and hold 25 solution interviews and validating pricing with clients by the end of July. For second key result, 5 key features will be developing and deploying by the end of August; we will be running two week sprints starting by September. For our last key result, issues will be tested and fixed by October. Our third objective is to signing first enterprise customer by December 2019. First key result is first hiring inside sales person. Our tactics are to: posting job description and talking to 3 potential candidates per week; giving 3 products demos to customers; drafting phone and email scripts, attending at least 10 industry events By November 2019.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
We expect to strengthen the life of millions of people by 2025 with our products; for we will create numerous jobs. Also, our products will have great impacts on health, taste etc. The mixed methods will be used in the evaluation of our company, Delicii. As a result, either quantitative or qualitative data gathering will be evaluated together. Statistical analyses will be performed, their cost performance will be determined, and other calculations will be completed with the quantitative approach. On the other side, the qualitative methods will make us being able to create narratives for different explanations, perceptions, and descriptions of experiences with our potential customers. With this combination of both methods, the team will have a widespread understanding and the strengths will be maximized while weaknesses will be minimized. We will use certain types of data collection: interviews, focus groups, questionnaires and surveys, and literature review.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
In order to deliver our products in a sustainable way, Delicii is starting with diverse types business models. First, we are starting with the direct sales business model, because our customers are well prepared; they are only waiting for us to launch the products. Secondly, affiliate business model will help us generate lots of revenues. Lastly, we are coming with the subscription business model so as to have much more consumers. With a recurring revenue model, customers can order products on a regular basis. They have flexible choice; they either buy online, from retailers, or in supermarkets. Our company is highly scaled to fostering partnerships with 5 stars hotels, worldwide restaurants, food services, food charities, and international NGOs. Our revenues and partners represent our great strength for the financing source.
