ACTIVITIES: PRICELESS LOOK is targeted at providing wholesale and retail services for unisex of all ages. PRICELESS LOOK develops a clothing line and supports it with advertising and promotions. PRICELESS LOOK is a company that creates unique and trendy styles for everyone. It is a fashion concept that makes people appreciate beauty, style, neatness in creativity. Customers can place order online and we deliver promptly also goods produced are put on wholesale and retail sales online and in our physical store where they could also get a makeover. INNOVATIVE APPROACHES: PRICELESS LOOK plans to strengthen partnership with retailers thereby creating and developing brand awareness. PRICELESS LOOK intends to market it's line as an alternative to existing upscale clothing lines and differentiate itself with various marketing strategies, exclusiveness and high brand awareness. The impact of my idea aim to provide decent job, economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure. The SWOT Analysis provides PRICELESS LOOK with the measures to evaluate the targets, success and weaknesses the company must address. STRENGTHS: Trendy clothing, footware and bags with attention to detail in the design. Valuable pieces that can be used as Staple year after year. Online global presence with prompt delivery. Variety and makeover services with quality customer service. Quality yet classy fashion at affordable prices. WEAKNESSES: With the efforts made in making dreams come true in Nigerian fashion industry, numerous challenges have hindered startups, manufacturers and Nigeria as a whole with barriers to entry in relation to sustainability such as; Mediocrity. Inadequate power supply. lack of proper research and development base. Fashion laws and government policies. Lack of sustainable market and so on. OPPORTUNITIES: ° Increasing sales opportunities beyond a thousand mile target area. ° Growing the market with strategic alliances. ° Changes in the buying trends for high fashion. ° Attracting customers with words of mouth. ° Offering high end clothing for less cost than the top market competitors. OPERATION AND ORGANIZATION: The initial management of operations of the company will be provided by the owner; Annie Aneke. Her experience has been drawn from her involvement and passion in designing. BUSINESS LOCATION: The venture will be located in Enugu metropolis. Customers can access the venture in the office and company's website. In the company's third year, the venture will be expanded and wholesale stores will be opened in other neighboring states where the fashion products will be sold at wholesale and retail prices also makeup and makeover services will be done in these shops. MANAGEMENT TEAM: The CEO currently assume all functions and decision making within the business. Subsequently, the management team leader will be selected in the various production units. The company will constantly take advantage of mentorship opportunities and trainings to keep the company updated with latest trends. The company anticipates hiring it's next chain of employee in it's third year of operation. PERSONNEL PLAN: The personnel plan Chronicles the growth of the company to approximately five employees in it's first year of operation. Each year may require an additional employee based on the growth of the company in accordance with the company's business plan. My name is Annie Aneke. I am a graduate with a Diploma in Law Certificate and a Bachelors Degree in Arts and Humanities (2010 & 2015 respectively) from the University of Benin UNIBEN Benin City, Nigeria. I have a Professional Certificate in Project Management. I am from a family of seven and i am twenty seven years old. I am a journalist by profession, a fashion designer and a voluntary worker. I gained work experiences in legal matters from Idahagbon and Co. Solicitors and advocates also as a voluntary Project Manager in Hope Alive Foundation For Health Delivery and Social Justice - an organization that provides health care delivery and social justices. I am a member of the Young African Leaders International YALI, a member of Spring Initiative for Development SI4D, SheTrades Common Wealth Project, The Vote not Fight Campaign, An advocate against child/ sexual abuse and rape, a fashion enthusiast and designer. Personally, i am very skillful. I started sewing clothes with needles and thread when i was seven years old. Growing up and considering the level of unemployment in Nigeria, i decided to learn tailoring in 2012 pending my admission into the University and that's how i started exploring creatively. Now i tailor beautiful native and english wears, shoes, bags, hair extensions and i am currently learning make-up. My ingenuity and selflessness earned me a commendation by the administrative department of Hope Alive Foundation as an exceptional youth because i successfully planned and organized a Young Leader Conference of over 250 participants. I was also awarded by Mike Oladipo Global Influence (MOGI) mentorship program upon completion of an online training for business growth, leadership development and purposeful living towards national significance. I contribute $100 annually to assist the organisation in providing free medical outreach for undeserved communities in my country.
