Operation Expose your Culture and Skill
Explain your idea in details:
We have decided to introduce exercises/programs that sources out an individuals skill and talent in order to support the government in creating a better workforce. We believe by taking some talented youths between 16-25 years of age and freshly graduated secondary school students off the street and implanting in them the ability to improvise using their inbuilt talent that might have been suppressed by environmental circumstances will do the trick in reducing unemployment in my country. It is also statistically proven that only about 30% of workers in Nigeria are passionate about what they do, so that means 70% are unhappy, unsatisfied and unfulfilled. This is because individuals are forced to partake in both Educational and skill acquisitions that don't support the nature of what they know how to do best from within. The mirror image is the internal image/strength one has of himself/herself which is later projected to the world. Without an inner strength, work becomes slavery, and when demands are not met total abandonment becomes certain. Analysis show that over 80% of our youths have low self esteem, and the why is that either job opportunities are distinctively low or the youths don't enjoy what they do. Our real aim is to change this status. We will be using the following steps with a provided syllabi to educate the youths on true skill search. A. Know yourself/thyself B. Mirror challenge C. How to focus D. Practice E. Consistency we would teach our youths how to source out their inbuilt talents and skills so they can use it to gain wealth, which will definitely have a positive impact on the country's workforce and GDP.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The educational system today has been a breakthrough on mankind, but it's strength seems to be fading away due to the technics applied in expanding knowledge. Once qualifications are applied in the right fields things even up, but without the right angle, development falls back. Once certification is obtained today individuals anticipate government work merely just to survive, and then passion dies along the way. I'm not disputing the fact that passionate workers exist, but they are quite few. Development isn't achieved by the number of workers in offices, but by the number of innovative individuals functioning. It's true that capital to set up an invention or solid business is hard to get, and in order to survive we all seek salvation in any job that pays, but knowledge of services can be obtained with far less money. Our initiative is to catch them young from age 16-25, erupt their skills from within and put them on a path to using this skills to better our economy. Of course they will have to go on to complete their tertiary education for those who choose to, but they will have bankable skills to help them contribute to the growth of the country. We will partner with industries and companies who will take over with skill acquisition after we are done bringing out the child's true talent and skill. When this is done the circle will be initiated and development will take its course.

My name is Ransome Telli, I was born on the 11th day of September 1986 and I am a Nigerian from Zing local government area of Taraba state who grew up changing environments and schools as a result of both needing to be around loved ones and mistakes that have affected my social life to an extent, but this hasnt tarnished my communication skills, I just love working in a less crowded environment. The flaws I have had in my life have given me a totally different perception of life and now I want to give back my knowledge to my community using my experiences and determination. I wish to create an avenue for youths in my locality to find deep inside them the skills that they harness but have been suppressed due to circumstances. I have created a syllabi which I am confident will work in changing lives. I hope to use art and technology to better the lives of our future leaders. I registered Africain et Frier, translated African and Proud under CAC specifically to have a platform for branding and promotion. Our goal is to provide job opportunities for our youths by giving them a chance to prove to the world how innovative they are and also by providing a platform for them to promote valuable information about Africa. We plan to achieve this through 1. harnessing a network effect, 2. deliver efficient, scalable solutions to inefficient value chains or fragmented service offerings and 3. deploy a suite of interconnected products and services to overcome frontier market challenges.
