Overall goal: reduce the rate of unemployment through service delivery Objectives - Create awareness and understanding of the opportunities available in the service industry. - Develop skilled service providers through apprenticeship learning. - Enable youth and women to access decent jobs - Create a secured network of service providers Activities -Mobilize youth who are 18 years and older through social media platform, schools and universities. Where youth apply and get selected based on well communicated criteria. -Conduct meeting with the selected youth on the process and opportunities available in the industry. The meeting will also require the selected youth to choose their service area aligning with their educational level. - Practical training, where the group will learn of the best way to provide the service. A good example is the residential cleaners will be taught how to clean by cleaning. After that then the organization will link the selected youth with people or organizations who needs the services. Example, residential cleaners will be marketed to homes, offices where their services are needed. Innovative approaches. - Have a network app for all service providers where clients can post jobs and group of service providers can see them and they can accept and go to provide the service. This provide a flexible working hours and for service providers who will finish the training and certified by the organization.Then they'll be given benefits including insurance and retirements funds.

Plans for implementation and sustainability
Implementation The idea aims to build service providers who also help in building other services providers. The model continues and the network grows encouraging creativity and innovation. Business model Mobilize, train, practice ( volunteer) and Serve Mobilizing - is the process which starts from call of applicants to selecting youth for the program Training- Begins from knowing the service industry, choosing a service to be part of, and understanding the service delivery to apprenticeship training. Practice - Begins with apprenticeship training to volunteering and the delivery of the service. Service - Delivery of services In the delivery of service the service providers will be promoted as they go along to become experts . As they get promoted they get more benefits. Financing sources and collaborators Looking for expert partners to start the cycle of apprenticeship training. Looking for partners to support this project.
I am 26 years old. Motivated to helping people realize their potential. I believe everyone has got a talent that the the world needs to be served with. My passion has led me to the idea of serving others as a method of helping one realize his/her potential and also as a source of income. We all need to serve and to be served, which is an opportunity that can help youth acquire descent jobs, reduce poverty and unemployment.
