our value proposition relies on being a platform that connects University Students and SMEs, teaching an entrepreneurial methodology. This consist of an entrepreneurial business experience in SMEs for students and young professionals that generates value for a low cost. FindAlly will study the SME needs and will select an interdisciplinary team of 3 young professionals with a mentor to work with them. The team will provide an integrative solution for solving its problems, following ETandA Entrepreneurial Thought and Action methodology. FindAlly is not only providing education to students but also practical working experience with SMEs. This is not only consulting experience because young professionals will work with SMEs with the solution provided by the team. This experience will be based on milestones, from 2 to 6 months. This platform is not job matching service, it is an entrepreneurial education experience platform where SMEs, farmers, students, professionals, communities in rural areas and educational institution generate value. We benefit the students and young professionals by providing them with jobs opportunities as in Colombia 40% of students that do internships get full-time job opportunities and also we give them an entrepreneurial education methodology that will allow them to innovate in the future. We benefit the SMEs making them increase their profitability and generate added value. Also, we benefit the university as the international rankings are determined in 20 percent for the Alumni employment rate. We benefit rural areas by creating value for the region with the products. By doing that, we increase the living standards for farmers via economic development and maintain young human capitals that were leaving the region. We benefit the ecosystem as being the bridge among individuals, SMEs, and institutions.

We are offering new job opportunities that didn't exist before, we are providing the SMEs with talented human Capital that before was going to be in the corporate world, we are giving practical entrepreneurship to population, enabling them to create businesses. We are expanding the impact of the education in society and linking knowledge between sectors that were separated. Impact 75 percent want to work in agricultural field Leadership, team work and understanding of agricultural life 90 percent want to contribute to solve poverty 50 percent students coming from rural areas
Plans for implementation and sustainability
FindAlly is not currently generating revenue. However, FindAllys initial revenue streams will be service fee from SMEs, crowdfunding fee from Indiegogo GoFundMe and investments from governments, grants and universities. The service fee is based on the consulting service provided by a group of students with mentorship. The service fee will be USD125/month. Secondly, FindAlly will launch each project with SMEs on Indiegogo to generate funding. Our initial target will be $10,000. We aim to receive 50% of that. Out of those $5,000, $900 will be used for students salaries, $1,500 for video production, $2,000 for funding the project and $600 for education applying ET&A methodology. In second stage, FindAlly will introduce premium subscription for students. Premium subscription will offer communication services between students in order to form a team and broaden their network and searching service to select SMEs that students want to work for. This subscription fee will be $10/month. Additionally, when the team of students completed their internship with SMEs, he/she can obtain certificate from FindAlly based on the tasks completed and skills gained. This service will cost $20. On the third stage (4 years later), in addition to the funding sources previously explained, FindAlly will track data form the sources of searching of the users, in base of cost per thousand (CPM) ($1 - $2), cost per click (CPC) ($0.3 - $1) and contextual (Targeted) advertising ($0.5- $5). Also, FindAlly will start linking SMEs and associations that accomplish objectives with impact investment funds, banks and accelerators, gaining a percentage of equity (2%-3%). FindAlly will pursue to build portfolios of small enterprises and link them with international investors.
Our team is uniquely qualified because of their personal goals, diverse group dynamic, and complementary professional skills that are materialized in our current roles. Andres grew up in government-subsidized housing in Bogota, Colombia. He desires to provide common shared value and profits to developing economies. He has outstanding project management skills and leadership in nonprofits in the education sector. He is the CEO of FindAlly where he organizes teams, tasks, and leads and structures groups methodologies in Colombia. Seungbeoms has been operating the finance of his own commodity trading company and a development company in Ethiopia and Djibouti since 2018 where he collaborated with small rural farmers and managed sesame exports. This experience taught him the importance of improving the standard of living for those who are in need. We not only are the 2 of us, we have built a team in Colombia formed by graduate students committed to the development of rural areas in Colombia, also we have in operation since one month two multidisciplinary teams (engineers, business, liberal arts) of undergraduate students working with two corporations, validating our education methodology, their skills and roles are described in question. FindAlly team feels a strong commitment to solving social systemic problems. It diversity facilitates the scalability of the business among different communities.
