So Fast So Good season 1
Explain your idea in details:
Our Main objectives are: - Skills transfer - talent exposure - marketing the brand - bridging the main barrier of entry for job seekers (when one is experienced, often they are not qualified. Vthose tgat are qualified do not have the skill) yet they follow the same tasks, rules and regulations and come up with the same expected solutions or better depending on ones creativity.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The impact of our project showcases what we have to offer as underprivileged youth, bridges the hybrid space between (unemployment and certification) substance over form, experience vs freshly taught. We will be putting bread on the tables of over 30 people at least for 3 months, 12 meaningful permanent jobs after the show, tax for the government, predominant branding for prospective sponsors, experience for view, skills for contestants, revenue and viewership for the channel, exposure and recognition for us as business and contestants on the show.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
We will launch the tv show on the premier of the first episode, invite all the prospective sponsors and Funders, governing parties of the motorsports industry as we aim at having a 100% black owned and managed racing team(s) which will equate to 9 teams out of all nine provinces in South Africa. Tools manufacturers, fuel manufacturers and other related businesses will be invited and we will showcase what we have come up with, our budget, time frames, people involved and a documentary from inception to the final cut. This essentially exposes talent and skills we have in South Africa.
I was born on August 9 1988, matriculatesmd in 2007, the only chance I had of furthering my studies was basically to do a course loved by my aunt (nursing), not me! I opted not to, got a job, on weekends Id help out at mechanics workshops, small upholstery businesses and panelbeating businesses. I resonate with self taught mechanics and I would like to be one of those people that offers great platforms to the underprivileged and previously unbanked people with the talent and passion it takes to make it.
