BioD water system

THE TEAM The BioD system is composed of bypass pipes, valves for fluid control, solid and grease retention trap, flowmeter to regulate the volumes required by the system, valves with hydraulic actuators, electric pumps for self-cleaning operation of the system and for pumping of distribution networks with PLC control, manifold distribution, Biodigesters, operated with electro valves and chlorination reservoir tanks or percolation system. OS. The ecological system of primary treatment of wastewater BioD works in the following way: Wastewater is collected from the trunk drainage network, larger solids, grease and others are filtered to avoid obstructions in the equipment. After being filtered it passes to a biodigester to execute the basic process of treatment, finally goes through a second filtering process and flows into a chlorination tank. In this way water is obtained for irrigation without fungi or bacteria. This system has been designed by the BioD team to obtain 20 M3 of water for irrigation every 24 hours, that is, every day they will have 20m3 of water for irrigation programming in the parks connected to the system or extract the water in containers to irrigate parks outside the system.

MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT The maintenance of the system is also automated, it has an automatic cleaning method that operates according to the program and the pre-defined frequency. It is also important to monitor the state of the system every 3 months and ensure that the maintenance of each equipment is executed according to the manufacturer's technical data sheet (pumps, PLC, etc.)
