Tshepiso is a director of Tshepi beekeeping t/a The zone 4 life group of company. I worked for an insurance company for 6months, and then join the Barclays bank of Botswana for 8months. I have worked for Botswana Telecommunication Corporation after applying for a job for thirty seven times and I was excited that I joined the company I wanted to work for and that I will make enough funds for my project. I resigned after two years and retired from a white collar job at the age of twenty three. This was in 2011 when I commercialize a beekeeping project. It has not been an easy ride; it has been a roller coaster that tested my emotion, capability and strength. And only passion taught me to be patient, discipline, hard working and to focus in my beekeeping project. I believe as young people, we need role models who can motivate us to take beekeeping and agriculture as a carrier and a business.
