Explain your idea in details:
Being a country of poverty, every year we have to face a lot of deaths because of health issues. In order to solve these problem I thought and decided to take some steps. As this is the age of technology so I choosed it as a weapon. I will create an app where people can take help of the doctors directly and indirectly. Through these app they can call us and we will send drones including microphone to them as soon as we get their call. The drone will be with them and on the monitor there will be a doctor who will observe patients through drone camera and hear their problems using microphone. The doctor will reach to them if needed. Though these project we would be able to treat rural people who often dont get enough and good treatment. We hope that through these project our love will be able to reach them by flying drone. Moreover, these app will help you to identify your disease by pointing your symptom. These will also give you reminder of taking medicine, going to doctor. Besides, I hope that it will play a great role in the time of pregnancy. During the time of girl's period we will send them necessary materials through drones. In these project, we would not only treat people but also make job sectors for many human. In our country so many people are educated but unemployed. In these project we would need so many doctors, engineers, electricians, programmers web desingners and so many people to control the drones. Our these work will be controlled from our offices placed at every district and rural areas. All the drones we would use will be hired not bought.

My idea completes the third sustainable goal of good health and well being. I dont want anymore people to die being untreated and uncared for. I just want to make their life a little more longer with my these idea. I want to reduce the number of deaths because of ill healthcare system. At last I just want to see them alive and smiled and want to give them some flying love.

My idea seems very costly on the hearing . As it needs a lot of drones and so many people. But no, at first we will start these project in my own area or city. All the drones we will use will be hired. At first we will take some volunteers who will work to control the drones and some volunteer doctors or medical students to work for us. The patients treated by us would have to pay just half of the payment of the hospital bill. When we will start getting profit I will hire necessary people and start my business professionally. When I will be famous by doing these then I think I will get investors also.

The only thing i remember from that class, was when our teacher told us, 8 years olds, that the water table was falling by almost 2 feet ever year and Lake Victoria as drying up as the water levels were reducing significantly. Today is a very special day to me.
as long as I was late at entering the competition, from day one I put 12 hours a day to work on this. Communication as one of the keys to effective leadership is not only the necessary criteria for being an effective leader. Leadership learning is another factor effective and great leaders need to understand. As people, we can learn by insight, by doing and by sharing. Constant learning is a very critical ingredient to becoming a great and effective leader. Second, another factor necessary for being an effective leader aside from communication is the act of welcoming and/or entertaining feedback. As the popular saying goes "No man is an island" the same is true for being an effective leader.
Leadership effectiveness starts with harnessing the habit of welcoming feedbacks from people. These people can be your employees, friends and family, etc. By forming the habit of entertaining feedback you are one step ahead of being a great leader. Employing other peoples opinion will bring about team sharing and shared leadership, transparent and open participation and above all, collaborative learning.
Finally, as leaders and/or emerging leaders, constant learning either self-taught, through e-learning, counselling/mentoring/coaching/training and the inherent attitude of welcoming open collaboration and idea sharing are also a necessary criterion to being an effective leader and, in turn, a great step to becoming great leaders (Blessing Ikiseh).

Who will pay for the hire or the drones and the services of the doctors? You should outline this so that you know exactly how much you will need to start the venture. Seemingly, your idea is more of charity. It is not income generating in itself. You need continued financial support
