MAIN OBJECTIVES 1.To develop a community through mobilization of available resources to solve poverty. 2.To determine his entrepreneurial skills can be used to create employment opportunities in a nation or community. 3.To nurture various skills and talents some of them have which have not be unleashed to provide them an earning that can sustain them financially. ACTIVITIES -Collection of waste materials which include: plastic bottles,buckets and glass bottles,tires,old torn jeans and clothing. Required:Threads of different colours,soil,needle's or sewing machine and wooden handles . INNOVATIVE APPROACHES 1.From the wasted plastic bottle I will cut the bottle to desired sizes to make out of it a broom. use of coloured bottles make it more eye captivating. 2.From the already used tires I make a tire sofa, i clean then dry it.Worn out clothes play a major role in wrapping these tyres to make it more attractive according to the design .painting can also suit as another design. 3.Using thread and glass bottles, flowers for decors can be obtained . 4.From plastic buckets vertical farming can be done for example planting of onions sukuma wiki which saves on spending on groceries.It can also be sold to the market.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
My expected impact on my idea is to mobilize as many individuals as I can in that it includes: youths,those with disability and the old. It encompasses everyone because each and everyone plays a major role in order to kick poverty away. Waste is something anyone can acquire anywhere at any time without limitation but the wealth has to be acquired by making the best product out of the waste. MEASURES TO EVALUATE SUCCESS. Step one : identify the importance associated with the waste products in that: - It is easily acquired. -It can be recycled as many times as possible to a more and more valuable product. Step two: Is to identify the type of waste around you and can bring a good income.utilize it well. Step three: is to do it practically and make your products unique and appealing to suit the competitive market . Step four: Market your items through various social media platforms by displaying them digitally and also locally in order to balance both markets effectively.

PLANS FOR IMPLEMENTATION. From this idea implementation can be made easily since: 1.Little or no capital required to start the business idea . 2.Most resources to be used are acquired easily and free of charge. 3.Little skills required to implement the idea since you just see how it is made and you get down to work. For effective planning and implementation : -Set the right expectations for the idea -Build the team and secure resources . -communicate the plan by aligning objectives clearly which should be driven by values and vision. -Drive accountability and create focus . -Build out timeline and tasks which should be monitored and checked regularly. SUSTAINABILITY. 1.Recycling- this is one of the best ways to sustain a product by recycling it as many times as possible. 2.Review the program- review the mission and purpose .Determining the elements that need to be eliminated or adapted . 3.Prioritizing the areas of sustainability which should be addressed first .its needed to make improvements and potetional benefit to the environment recognized. 4.spread the word- as soon as strategy is defined engaging of teams is necessary. Ask for feedback on sustainability goals and solicit new ideas . The business model entails interior and exterior design . AGE I was born in 27th of November 1997 therefore twenty two years now. BACKGROUND. I am currently a student in Jomo Kenyatta University of agriculture and technology pursuing bachelor's in public administration and leadership. MOTIVATION. Greater things never come from comfort zones ,you have to go out and get it and the harder you work for something the greater you will feel when you achieve it. My greatest motivation is to utilize each day as an opportunity to improve,to better,to drive and desire to make it happen. QUALITIES CONTRIBUTING TO MY SUCCESS 1.intergrity- being honest making people believe you and help you achieve the best. 2.commitment- I believe in myself and my goals.Therefore I have become commited to proving myself that I can achieve this. 3.Courage-many people fear of fear of failing but that is the key to succeeding .My mindset is to reach my goals without the fear of trying . I have never gotten an award before but through this hopeful opportunity I will be honoured to be recognized around the world.
