Explain your idea in details:
Catch Them Young (CTY) is a project by The Ideal Woman Initiative (TIWI) is a mental health initiative for young girls especially those between the ages of 10-25yrs. Overtime we have come to the realisation that young females tend to enter into EARLY SEX DÉBUT relationship with their male counterpart, in a bid to fill a supposed space or vacuum. Most times to feel belonged, ironically the come out more emotionally, psychologically, physically and most most especially mentally battered and distressed. The Ideal Woman Initiative is geared in equipping young girls to fill that supposed space or vacuum with the right substance needed. To accept who they are , to live a focused life by boosting their self esteem through training in communication skills and public speaking, skill acquisition and internship and mentorship placement. Our main focus is to aid these young girls fully discover the greatness within themselves, the beauty behind their flaws, the strength behind their brokenness, the courage behind every scar, the truth behind every façade and the love behind every anger. It is a platform where the girl child is given the opportunity to express her feelings, dreams, thought, experiences without being being condemned. We are the listening ear and propellers of their dreams. It is all about inspiration, Education and Reformation

Plans for implementation and sustainability
1. INTRODUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COGENT SEX AND MORAL EDUCATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOL THROUGH THE USE OF EFFECTIVE CURRICULUM. This could be achieved through the sponsorship of and collaboration with UNICEF and the State Education Board. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF A FILM ACADEMY FOR STUDENTS , this could go along way passing accross messages of Rape, depression, suicide, Sexual harassment, Early Sex Début and showcasing their talents. This can also be possible with the collaboration of Hollywood and a Film Academy 3. ESTABLISHMENT OF A SKILL ACQUISITION CENTRE, preferably a hair and beauty products centre where students will learn how to make wigs, hair and makeup, for those who love to be busy with their hands making them useful. Some of these products will be sent to children living with cancer to boost their self esteem and feel loved. This could be achieved by collaboration with WHO & UNESCO
My name is Lucy okechukwu, I am a female from Nigeria in West Africa. I am 22yrs old. I am studying NURSING in the prestigious University of Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria I Love Acting, Traveling, meeting new people, watching insightful movies, learning new things and counseling people. Growing up was really tough for me because of my family financial background, but my parents always wanted the best for me and my siblings. I have always wanted to be a source of inspiration to every female especially the girl child in the world. I want to give back that love which I received and so I started a female movement with the help of some friends and course mates in my school to help girls like me who might be going through such but have no one to talk to. I have always known that I am a leader, with the ability to easily spot the weaknesses and strengths of my followers or those I am leading. Humility and honesty are my watch word in every thing I do. We were able to organise this conference in school Last year with 51 females in participation, it was tagged ERUPT! I love to make people laugh and happy around me. I just want to do more. So we have decided to take it to Secondary schools in our vicinity.
