Explain your idea in details:
Encourage women to write about their life, to speak about their dreams and to shout against injustice they face either their own life or others By that they will become voice of voiceless women illiterate or hesitated women Women will document their life, they will apricated their life and their experiences as well others womens life and experience. It is a step to make whole society listen and understand. Find job, hobby or career for women who are suspended from continuing their education at school or at collage and who found themselves staying at home for one reason or another. When printed and published book, either as hardcopy or soft copy, author women would be paid off. It will increase relationship between women and book. As well as between society and books. Books and reading are always the first step to build the strong character and personalities of any citizen. The activities include: First Phase - Forming a forum for books, writing and reading lover, in platform database such as Facebook and blogs. - Conducting and holding course and training session on writing and composing skills. - Determine mechanism to receive text written women - Revising drafts, layout, print, publish In upcoming step, translate those books and start publishing photo books - Holding discussion sessions, book signing and Book exhibit. Upcoming Phase - Publishing books as hard copy in global websites Up Coming Phase - Turning some books to scenario and scripts for T.V or Radio Radio forms the most popular and effective media devices in Yemen Books are the plane, and the train, and the road. Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The project directed to Yemeni women and girls between 14 and 60, looking to make from them a writers, bloggers and authors. To give them a voice to talk and to discuss many issues that society take as guarantees. Success of this initiative could be measured by increasing number of Members in the forum, stories received, and books printed and published, Deepest of issues that women addressed in their drafts.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
The implementation start with kicking off meeting with NGO Arkan Organization for Development and Culture that adopt this initiative and opening the organization for meeting and writing sessions that encourage women to write. The real challenge will start after receiving the scripts, the revising, layout, cover page photo, printing and publishing books, hope to find donation from donors who would like to see their names in the book especially agency that work on empowering women

I attended TOT on (GenCap) that involved us on training other NGOs in Yemen about Gender in Project and GBV. In 2016, I participated in reviewing gender remark of projects submitted to OCHA allocation.
