ELECTROMAGNETIC WEIGHT LIFTING DEVICE
Explain your idea in details:
We are going to create a device that lifts the weight based on the repulsion force of magnets. An electromagnet is placed at the bottom of the cylinder and it is fixed to the bottom part of the cylinder, another electromagnet is placed on the lower electromagnet which can slide on the guideways of the outer cylinder. Using a rod, upper electromagnet and plate that carries weight are connected. Electricity is passed through the two magnets such that same poles are formed on the touching surfaces which move the upper magnet in upwards direction, which results in raise of the plate that carrying the weights. For electromagnet core is made of steel and copper wire used for coil winding. The outer cylinder is made of aluminum and the connecting rod is made of brass. The input power supply is controlled by a circuit board containing a resistor that controls the flow of current. The electromagnetic field produced is directly proportional to the input current and the type of core is used.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
This product is most useful for old people who can not use mechanical jacks and to the people who are going for a long journey. Due to its portable design, it is easily placed in any car and can be transported easily. Our product will replace all the jacks present in the market which need a lot of human effort and which occupies lots of space.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
Once the product is completed we will tie-up with present automobile manufacturers and we will create one power socket to the cars, and some separate place will be there how a stepney will be there in our car. By this, the people who are using they can simply plug in the device in the car itself, they can easily the lift the weight of the car with help of the device. we will sell this to the customers only those who want it. so there will no financial problem for making the devices in a bulk amount.
