Yusuf Yahaya, is an advocate & steward for RainRangers, since 2016. He has been a landscape restoration champion with award of excellent from Plateau State government of Nigeria. And also Global landscape Forum awarded him the restoration readiness certificate, with global goal to Rain Landscapes for Livelihoods Rain Rangers consist of more than 1,500 impassioned African agro-students who are committed to landscape restoration activities, community deveopment programmes, youth and women empowerment through agriculture. By 2025, the RainRangers are expected to grow to more than 15,000 volunteer members across Africa. They train local farmers for best farming practices and the regenerative use of fertilizers, seeds and soil care, environmental sanitation programmes, and the use of wasted organic materials for the production of composed manure. They will work closely with local partners to achived thier goals for empowerment in Africa.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
The impact is much, the project will solving some of the SDGs of the United nations, such as creating job for the rural poor, providing food for the hunger, fighting desertification and land degradation in SAHEL Sahara, empowering youth and women against violence extremism with decent rural work.

Your profile as an entrepreneur
Yusuf Yahaya is the president of Ywai Aqua Life Integrated Systems and the founder of Youthleads in Jos, Nigeria; an initiative that empower Youths and Women. He has over 5 years experience in aquaculture and Fisheries production such include hatchery management, aquaponics, greenhouse production, processing, packaging etc and previously served at Panyam Fish Farm which is the largest fish farm in West Africa during National Youth Services in Plateau State between 2015/2016; I carried out am outstanding project which in 2016 he was awarded State Honour Award by the Plateau State Government in-conjunction with National Youth Service Corp Plateau State. He was born on December 8th,1987, a zoologist by profession a graduate from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria; also earn national diploma in Agricultural Bio-environmental Engineering technology from Samaru College of Agriculture; a computer networking certified with enlighten knowledge in entrepreneurship finance from Kaduna business school, with over a dozen of entrepreneurship certificates including Central Bank of Nigeria entrepreneurship certificate. And he is so passionate about his business His Social Enterprise is willing to establish partnership by seeking to create strategic alliances with diversified customers, private sectors, governments and NGOs base in Nigeria and the globe to enhance his network. He continue to be passionate about his work and committed in his quest. He is constantly inspired and motivated by his interactions with likeminded professionals who work towards mutual goals of making landscapes profitable, sustainable and an industry that is respected and valued across the globe.
