GENERAL OBJECTIVES: - Reduce poverty in a young environment and Capture the Demographic Dividend.SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:Reduce the youth unemployment rate; reduce the rural exodus of young people; Promote breeding and these professions among young people; Reduce the high dropout rate due to lack of financial means; Reduce early sexuality due to lack of financial means; Reduce the rate of early pregnancy, because of the increase in poverty in families; Empower young people and especially young girls;To supply the local market.Activities: Building Construction;purchase of biological and physical material;Beginning phase;Chick phase; Spawning phase. For the innovative approaches it is the first community enterprise initiated by young people and for young people. It will be the only laying hen farm in the entire city and department.

Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development

Sustainability and future plans

The firm's provisional turnover per year is estimated at 85610,57 USD . This turnover comes from the sale of eggs only. The farm is supposed to produce 500,000 eggs per year in average at a price of 0.17 USD. This turnover will change depending on the sale of manure from the farm to farmers in the city. The company's launch costs are 39549,96 USD. After adjusting the operating loads; we will use the profit to also engage the raising of chicken of flesh two years later. Then we will train young people in Port breeding and we will set up a breeding unit afterwards.

The blossoming of youth is my motivation. I am interested in the issues of Sexual and Reproductive Health, Gender, Employability, Peace and Culture. I was born on October 16, 1993, so I will be 26 in the next actobre.Our association received in 2015 the prize of the best youth association in Gabon awarded by the National Council of Youth of Gabon.
