Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development

According to the UN Statistics Division SDI datasets visualize 2030, quality education for all has not been evenly promoted and provided for and as such, has not been diversified. The educational system around the world especially the developing and the underdeveloped nations has shown great fluctuation. Accordingly, research estimate suggests that over 260 million people in the developing and underdeveloped world are not learning and not in school and over 33 million people that are in school cannot afford to train and/or send their children to school. The problem of poor-quality education is a challenge in rural communities in Nigeria and the most affected is the girl child. 50% of girls in the rural community cannot afford to pay for quality education and/or lacked the necessary funds to go to school; seeing many girls drop out of school before the end of their primary or secondary education. Since the problem of poor-quality education is a 50% gap in rural school children specifically the girl child compared to the urban areas, which include poor teacher quality, poor school environment, a poor conducive context for learning, low educational structure, school fees challenge, etc. Our venture exists to solve learning disabilities, particularly in rural communities by reaching out to the underprivileged communities in Nigeria and to provide the necessary funds and quality education that will assist them to grow their careers and thereby generate employment opportunity for them. In brief, our venture's impact on sustainable development is to improve lives by 30% by proving access to affordable quality educational opportunity for the people whereby the people can be more educated and to widen access through which the people can develop their skills, grow their careers and to generate job via the UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 8.

Thank you, Annie and Suleiman, for your comments.

To your question, Majdi, we are a social impact organization and not-for-profit making. We channel our revenue into making more impact by helping those who cannot afford to go to school or make a living through reaching out to them in the best way possible.

For expansion plan - yes. First, we want to expand by cutting across Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond virtually through creating an online platform where people can come and learn and educate themselves with our training and education courses. Another subsequent plan of expanding will need an action plan. This is the first in mind.

Annie, oh yes, you can come to our entrepreneurship class. Looking forward to seeing you there.

I first met Blessing Ikiseh through one of the training sessions organized by my organization where she was the Organisational Psychologist and lead Training Facilitator/anchor. I was bedazzled by her determination, generosity, her spirit of helpfulness, confidence, and carriage. In whatever tasks she was giving she has always been exceptional doing them with so much love, passion, and interest. At first sight, I fell in love with her versatility and wit.

Blessing has the ability of a good leader and embodies the leadership quality of effectiveness and people management. Nonetheless, she has channeled this same energy into Bibieandrea Services Venture. Of a truth, this project is an excellent project that the people of Nigeria specifically youths need to grow and develop.

Above all, in a country (Nigeria) where unemployment is an issue and the scarcity of youth skills been the major determinant of the problem of most unemployed youths, Bibieandrea Services Venture is breaking this barrier and gap by coaching, mentoring, training and educating the youths of the necessary skills they need to cultivate within themselves to be able to grow both individually and professionally. Aside from training and educating the people in her community, this project also wants to touch on the milestone of scaling to Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond in the near future.

As your slogan says, daring to be different by being the change that inspires others; keep daring, believing and impacting lives.

Good luck, Ms. Blessing Ikiseh.

I had been job searching for 2 plus years now until a friend of mine told me about Bibieandrea Services Venture. I met with the Founder/CEO of this organization and she instantly spotted my challenge and what I must do to be gainfully employed. She advised me to rewrite my Professional Resume and Covering Letter of which she helped in that regard. After that, she started sending me links to apply to a job. After several attempts, I was called for an interview and eventually got hired. All this was made possible because Blessing Ikiseh assisted me all through from my job searching phase through to me getting hired. She coached, trained educated and mentored me during the interview process. I thank God for this initiative because Bibieandrea Services Venture taught me what I learned today and more.

My advice for this wonderful initiative: Never give up your dream and aspiration to keep touching lives. Keep impacting lives and being a difference in your community and the world at large.

This initiative is very good, as we all know that Education is the key to reduce young unemployment, only a few are working to deal with this. I hope your project will be implemented in many other countries. Congrats with this project and I wish you the best of luck and keep up the good work.

It is all thanks to this project Bibieandrea Services Venture I was able to further my education and eventually graduate. I thank the founder of this initiative for being there for me when I almost dropped out of school due to the problem of school fees. Bibieandrea Services Venture paid my school fees for the remaining part of my studies. Blessing Ikiseh is a lifesaver and a good leader. Now, I am standing tall with confidence; I am a graduate.

I vote for Bibieandrea Services Venture. Blessing offers excellent service of which I've benefited from. She's poised to change the paradigm of service and giving her all to see it come to fruition. She once held an enterpreneuership class on NEGOTIATION SKILLs and it was indeed profound and mind-blowing. I believe she deserves the Youth Citizens Entrepreneurship Competition Award.

Go get the Crown, you deserve it.

You are doing a very good thing here, Sis. Quality Education is a great challenge to communities in Nigeria. The total number of quality schools in Nigeria cannot accommodate everyone due to the number of the country's population of living people. And some institutions school fees are very high and it is still on the increase. As such, this innovation is a very brilliant one especially for the fact that it provides access to affordable quality educational opportunity for the people specifically in rural communities where quality education is a thing of the past and where the total number of dropout are enormous.

Go get the crown.

Bibieandrea Services Venture taught me what I knew today in the aspect of Business and Entrepreneurship. After training me on the above course, the owner taught me the essentials of been a leader in business and this saw the establishment of me having my own business online presence. The CEO created and established my fashion business "Chizzy Fashion World". At Bibieandrea, I understood the essentials of having a business that has an online presence.

Thank you, Bibieandrea Services Venture; with your help, I know the pertinent of information.
