Explain your project in details:

I plan to do this project because in Madagascar, Silk is part of the Malagasy culture that is gradually breaking down because of globalization. In addition, this could be a good source of income for Malagasy working in the sector and will help develop the economy of Madagascar through exportation. Furthermore, 47.3% of Malagasy people are malnourished so with this project, we can have derivative products to increase the source of protein by silkworms - carbohydrate and oligo elements thanks to blackberries. The objectives of this project are : to promote the silk as ceremonial fabrics, to end food insecurity, to increase peasants and Madagascar economy, for future plan - to promote Malagasy Culture across the World. This project is innovative because it directly impacts peasants lives and it concerns several fields: economic - sociological - environmental - sanitary at the same time.

Channel : Direct channel - the peasants produce and the company buys the products directly and sell them, no middlemen. Key activities : silk rearing and transforming (cocoon to tissue), Blackberries transforming ( jams or candies), Silk sales.
