Explain your project in details:
At innovation Ground, the core belief is that if everyone access ressources equally, this generation will become the most creative and innovative on the STEM fields. Our Global objective is to make education available and affordable for youth through a shared space that can benefit both hosts and clients. To achieve that we must first establish a workspace that has an intuitive and effective design. second, we provide resources and materials through partnerships with different organizations and businesses. And last we establish a new learning process that focuses mostly of practicality and exchange. we aim, not only to provide education, but to make it better, as most students and learners nowdays are flooded with a huge input of information and don't know which to select, they will follow self learning courses in order to develop their learning skills, unlike most educational programs who provides mentors, at Innovation Ground, your curiosity is your mentor.
Impact of your enterprise on sustainable development
The first SDG that we aim to answer to is Quality Education, the first achievement is to open the Innovation Ground workspace for different student communities preferably near university campus. the secpnd achievement will be clearly visible through the different emerging startups and prototypes that will be developped at Innovation Ground. the biggest achievement will be to boost the upcoming generation through a variety of programs and be able to include their own personal projects for community driven solutions in order to answer to all problems that they face. another goal that we aim to which is more on a spiritual level is the Partnerships for the goals, as nowdays communication between small communities and big corporates is getting more difficult, the Innovation Ground proejct will unite these two entities on one table. Initially, the partners invest on the workspace for different teams and according to their needs, they will also submit their problems through specific programs and the Innovation Ground community will solve those challenges, these solutions will later on be re-invested on accordingly through different types of agreements in order to implement them on the field for the said partner. concretely, the Innovation Ground will benefit from a workspace, ressources and network for a more innovative and supportive environment, while the partners will benefit from creative approaches and wise imvestments for long term positive change.
Sustainability and future plans
Innovation Ground is a shared workspace that provides ressourceful material and training in order to acquire practical skills and put them to use through a variety of innovative projects. Nowdays, many open spaces and training centers, they work differently but face different problems, from pricy materials to unaccessible workspace. Through Innovation Ground, we solve these problems by reusing available materials, keeping the workspace run by the clients themselves and increase creativity by providing a 100% practical approach to learning. This approach For the moment, we envision a seven years plan as a pilot for the project starting 2020. during the first year, we will wok on implementing the partnerships alongside the volunteer recrutments on different universities, in parallel we'll be recovering old material and machines which are not used but still running, the aim is to provide a maximum of ressources with a minimum of cost. by the end of first year, the workspace will be fully operational with adequate people to run it. from 2021 to 2024, we'll work on developing several training courses mostly for people aged from 16 to 30, every group of people will have the opportunity to grow their skills then develop a personal project throughout challenges that will be organized in the workspace. we estimate a minimum of one finished project each year. on 2025, the pilot team will work along side different project leaders and partners to organize a national competition that will open the access to the workspace for people outside the city it will be implemented in. as our project is aimed to be implemented first in Algiers, we see it has the potential to expand to neighboring cities with subsidiary community.
