Zepend is a platform both b2b and b2c designed for travelers and locals, WE CREATE REAL COMMUNITIES IN REAL PLACES IN REAL TIME. I'm a traveler and as u know everytime find a club, bar or disco when you are new in a city is not easy and meet new people traveler or locals is even less easy. So we create optimized research filter with your interest. Image you are from London and I'm from Rome and we have a lot of common interest so if you came to italy zepend will suggest to you my favourite clubs and, vice versa, if I come to UK zepend will advice me your favourite clubs. But zepend do more! Now you are in a club that you enjoy, but you are alone and want meet new people. What you can do? You open the proximity chat part of the app and using our technology you can send a request to talk and if the other user accept you can chat! Of course we hope the users will use the system as ice breaker, and after few message they left their phone in the pocket and continue to talk really not virtually. For the business we design a new system of CRM in cloud low cost, we provide ticketing for small events that you can buy in app, show their menu in app and left free the users order with our AOS system directly from their smartphones. But we want do more and we want change the review world and do it more objective and not emotional as now are, so we measure the only objective variable that we have. - Zepend has been chose at Contamination Lab BaLab of Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro for the year 2017/2018 like one of the best ideas. - Zepend is national winner of Creative Business Cup Italy 2019, and will represent Italy into the Creative Business Cup (CBC) Global Finals 2019, International final, that will be in Copenaghen 1-2 July. On the market, Zepend, fortunately we have double edged weapon pretty accurate growth indicators, first of all from number of download from the Play Store and the App Store, that offers also a direct feedback delivery system, which help a lot to spot technical problems or other type of problems. Then we can carefully watch the market and the visibility response from various Googles tools (e.g. we are currently using Google Analytics) that tracks and profiles users.
Sustainability and future plans
The registration to Zepend is everytime free for b2b and b2c, is done to build database of clubs, events and users. We have 7 different revenue model: - Premium service for Users (B2C): Inside the proximity chat part we could decide to put limits, like number of match. - Advertising in app (B2C): we could decide to insert adv, in banners, between the chat or in other position. - CRM (B2B): This one is our best proposition. The clubs will have a tool that allow the to manage the clubs, publish event, ticketing, menù ordination, advertisement, statistics etc. etc. - Premium service for locals (B2B): Advertising in app as suggested club, menù ordination and other service will be premium. - Fee ticketing (B2B): The creation of the event will be for free, but the ticketing will have a low fee for every ticket. - Divide et Impera (B2B): This is a special revenue model. To let the Users database grow faster we could decide to create API and rent the dating part to other app, that will use our database and let their users to join in our dating service and databases. We will provide templates and part of code to integrate our dating chat in their system. In this way our app will be CROSS APP DATING PROXIMITY CHAT that means, that users with different app will be able to chat because the database and the dating proximity chat will be in common. - Big Data (b2b). We aspect to hit more 1mln in following 2 years starting April 2020 only with CRM, and projection for dating is grow +25% in 2020.
