Explain your idea in details:
The main goal of this farming industry is to reduce the likes of poverty and hunger in the Black-owned communities. This idea also focuses on the creation of permenent jobs for the Youth to be able to provide for their families. In so doing ,this will also play an important role in contributing to the economy of South Africa and combat the increasing of unemployment rate and struggling among the Black communities as they are the ones that more exposed to the unsettling circumstances of poverty. As a result of this ,people will then have food security. This activity will run in one of the free-open fields in the farms. As this idea keeps its focus on ploughing crops such as vegetables and fruits ,those are the main activities that will be weighing more productivity from this. They will be monitored daily by the hired farmers to ensure that they are well equipped for tradings. In the proceeding stages of this activity ,I will then approach the South African Agricultural Department to assist Me with the fundamental needs for growing up this industry and build relationships with other nearby countries to provide them with good and fresh vegetables and fruits. This will be allowing the industry to make profit from these goods and enough compensation to the employees. The future innovations to this idea will be the founding of an Agricultural Bursary whereby children that are interested in furthering their studies will be fortunate to be funded. This will create better lives for our children as education sharpens our minds.
Expected impact of your idea on sustainable development
The targets of this industry is the big markets of South Africa whereby these goods will have easy access to its customers. It also keeps its focus on the localized markets whereby those that have the stagnations of money ,they'll be able to afford them at a very lower price. There after ,we will be focusing to provide worldwide with our vegetables and fruits.
Plans for implementation and sustainability
This idea is accurately of planting vegetables and fruits to be sold countrywide and nationwide. Its target market is the localized markets together with the big markets. The strength of this business model is that there's more availability of water and fertile soil for agricultural purposes in our land so production will be effective. Financing sources may be donators from individuals and companies ,including the South African Agricultural Department. This idea collaborates with the local areas of Zeerust whereby they'll be occupying more space of employment to help them to be able to provide for their families.
I am Motlhabane Keaobaka Calvin, a 19 year old boy from Zeerust ,North West Province ,South Africa.I'm an awarded level 1 & 2 First Aider and I am the ambassador of Safer South Africa Foundation. I come from an unprivileged community whereby kids and adults are the victims of poverty. This is what fired my soul to come up with such an idea ,so that the parents may be able to provide for their families. Poverty is what fulfills my strive to see me succeeding in everything that I do. It creates motive inside me to continue to venture more ideas on how to create sustainable jobs for my community. Struggle is what propels my gasoline of wanting prosperity for my fellow South Africans. I've realized that Black-Owned communities are mostly exposed to the likes of poverty and hunger due to less and secured permanent jobs that could be able to provide for them so that they could be able to meet their daily needs. Creating an industry like this would be a good innovation to sustain permanent jobs.
