The idea seeks to give young Africans an entrepreneurship skill and after going through the complete process of learning that entrepreneur is funded, not just with finance but also with required equipment as well as business advice from slated tutor continuously over the spanned period, this will be to ensure that every participant is an active addition to society and that his business is helped through the early stages of the business life to help it survive and thrive, after its survival and eventual boom this participant will begin to take in other new participant; which will be taught by him/her. This is mandatory for every participant to help expand our growth rate also participants who have benefited from the process may voluntarily decide to pledge a certain amount of money to help see others through into becoming self sufficient. That the whole idea. We take persons give them skill and fund the skill, after that ensure they train others, which will be a part of the contract, and if they would love to give back to the process financially they also can.
